Surprising museum in the center of Bilbao. It was my partner who found out about this magnificent museum and I, a connoisseur of Holy Week, did not hesitate to visit it. I never imagined that Bilbao had 14 brotherhoods and what surprised me the most, almost all the steps were mounted with their respective images. We were very lucky that the person in charge of the museum is a great expert on Holy Week in Bilbao and we had a great conversation about it, contrasting it with the Andalusian one. Without a doubt, a great unknown museum that for 2 euros you will know a lot of information about Holy Week in Bilbao.

It is a very special place to visit at Christmas in the heart of Bilbao's Old Town, something different and highly recommended, especially with children. // // It is a very special place to visit at Christmas in the heart of Bilbao's Old Town, something different and highly recommended, especially with children.

(Translated by Google) I was in the exhibition of nativity scenes. It is celebrated every year. The exhibition is worth visiting. It is not a very large exhibition but what is exhibited is of quality. Some true works of art, each in its own style, but they deserve a 10.

The visit was to the Nativity Scene Museum. It seemed short to us. In other years there have been more Nativity scenes.

Interesting museum for a quick visit. There was not too much information in English, but there are plenty of things to see. It's worth dropping by if you're in the old town (tickets were only 2 euros).

Very good nativity scenes from the Belenista Bilbao association. With a very good staging of the Bilbao of yesteryear and some Basque towns

Small museum but interesting to see! Too bad for a small lack of cleanliness (dust on the banisters...). Lack of explanation in Fr.

Wonderful display of Basque Catholicism, many crafted model displays in the timeline of Christ, and the procession displays of many years past.

Every year we go with our daughter, it is something traditional and she loves to play guess the questions they ask you in order to win a nativity scene

(Translated by Google) The exhibition of nativity scenes they put on is very beautiful and extensive. Many have animated figures. Perfect to visit with children, since they have a bank where they can walk to see them well. There is room to leave the chairs. You can also see the steps of Holy Week.

(Translated by Google) Little visited and poorly preserved site. It could have a much better lighting and conservation look both ambient and musical. (Original) Sitio poco visitado y mal conservado.

(Translated by Google) Spacious premises with two floors completely renovated, very careful that houses a complete collection of steps, many of them equipped with their enormous figures and carvings representing the different moments of the Calvary of Jesus Christ, the collection of mannequins dressed in the habits of each Brotherhood is also impressive. , their hoods, banners and insignia of each Brotherhood. There is a route with approximately twenty small exhibitors made by the Belenistica Association which, like that of the nativity scenes, in this case, are representations of the history and life of Jesus of Nazareth.

(Translated by Google) Schedule updated by the company only 1 week ago and do not indicate that it is closed for holidays the second half of August. We go to the museum to visit it and without having notified there is a sign that indicates that it is closed. After a first failed trip, we have returned to immerse ourselves in Bilbao's Holy Week through its explanatory panels, numerous display cases and processional steps of the different brotherhoods. Upon arrival, a very friendly gentleman (from the La Pasión brotherhood) explains to us the route of the museum and what we will discover as we enter it. Exceptional attention and very good treatment. Possibility of taking photographs freely (without flash)
