Definitely missing the human touch. Without a smartphone you are up a creek for checking in. Beautifully appointed rooms but missing a cup or glass. Street below very lively on a Saturday so don't expect to keep your window open if you want quiet.

Well located in the heart of the Old Quarter. Super clean, friendly , helpful host. Great coffee!

Great location, nearby many bars and restaurants. Only negative thing was that the elevator did not work and you have to use stairs. But still I recomend, because booking was smooth, place is clean, climate is adjustable.

I'll start with the location. Because it is perfect. Going to the room, it looked really clean, until we came across a cockroach. The staff reaction was that it would be cleaned, knowing cockroaches it is probably still there. The walls are paper thin, I could've kept a conversation with the German girls next door or the Italian couple across the wall. Finally, the breakfast was uninspiring. Lastly, the service. Patrícia is a ghost, a non existing figure. We only met somebody at breakfast, she was friendly. She also told us that a stamp in our parking ticket would give us a discount, except that there was nobody at the parking garage, so no discount. If you want to park your car just buy it online, it's cheaper. Thank good the location is good...

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment Catalina on 4th floor in July 2023. The location is probably the best in Bilbao. With literally hundreds of pintxo bars and restaurants nearby and in walking distance to Guggenheim and other sights along the river. The flat has aircon - easy to use and efficient. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a livingroom with a small kitchen and a table for 4. Acess to the apartment is guided through mail - we needed no help checking in late. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Value for money.

I stayed here with my husband, young adult son & daughter for 4 nights. Excellent location in Casco Viejo with everything just a few feet away. Pintxo bars on a he street below. The street is very lively at night but the windows are amazingly soundproof. We stayed on the 4th floor in the Carolina suite: 2 bedrooms: First room: a king size that can be split into 2 twins Second room: 2 twins that can pushed together or further apart. Living room has a sofa bed which we did not use. Kitchenette is practical. We enjoyed going to local cafes in the morning for coffees & breakfast which were just around the corner. The room is very clean and neat with TVs in each room. Free WiFi. Check in was very easy I received an email with codes for the main entrance and for the 4th Floor where my room keys were waiting on a tray. I highly recommend 7Kale for its great location and wonderful room that has everything we needed.

I stayed here around Christmas time. The rooms are clean but very small and basic. The area is lovely; old town of Bilbao. The street gets pretty loud but there is good sound proofing in the room. The WiFi was not working for the first two days we were there. Unfortunately there was nobody there to help us with it and communication on booking.com was not great. There was nobody at all during the time we were there… The air conditioning did not work great. Luckily the weather was good. I would assume though it would not be great on colder days. There is a complimentary nespresso and tea selection in the kitchen. However, you have to get water from the room.. there was no water available in the kitchen which was odd. All in all, I do not think this place good value for money..

This was a great experience. Very close to the Camino which we have been walking. The place was clean, neat, well appointed. Patricia could not have been nicer or more helpful. Patricia spoke very good English as well. The breakfast was just right for me too.

We were very happy with our stay here. Great location on a busy pedestrian street in Casco Viejo at a good price. The street is loud so be ready. It got hot in the summer but we were able to get by with the provided fan. We only wish there had been a fridge in the room :)

You need to receive their email before arrival, if it goes to junk box you cannot enter the building. There is no desk in the room and they ask for you to fill up a form as there is no check in or reception. Facility is clean and nice. My room was very noisy.

Clean, friendly staff. Decent and fresh breakfast. It's still somewhat of a construction site at the entrance. Windows are poorly isolated, since they are facing a rather crowded street, earplugs are reccomended if you're a light sleeper.

Entrance still in restructure with marble inside. Upstairs, tidy room to sleep + shower using, one's Same door card to open, liked that. Pat & the Team, helped a lot to feel home. Appreciate. Tks.

Really friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but everything you need is there. Rooms are tidy. Biggest draw for staying here is the incredible location, in the middle of the old town with everything important in the city within walking distance.

The walls between rooms are so thin, that you can hear every world your neighbours say, huge gaps in the doors so you can hear everybody passing your room. Very loud, I could not sleep or relax. Bad smell of drainage in the room. Horrible experience! Place is decorated really nicely and is very clean, but I would never stay there again.

Loved this little place which is central to many bars and restaurants. The room was good and had lovely little amenity kits left out. The bed wasn’t amazing but this was more than made up for by the service. We loved the free breakfast the next day with fresh orange juice, yogurt etc. They give a code for after hours access. I recommend this place for Bilbao trips.

In the heart of the old town but quiet. Breakfast is available until 2300 hours which must be a unique offer. Modern rooms in a high quality historic building. Rooms not large but serve their purpose providing comfortable quarters for tourist weekend. Recommended.
