incredible
irony.
I
went
to
the
Pozas
salon
trusting
that
they
would
know
how
to
take
care
of
my
hair
and
would
stick
to
what
was
asked
of
them.
I
ordered
some
chocolate
balayage,
very
subtle
and
natural,
and
I
came
out
with
burnt,
fried,
and
chicken
blonde
hair
(€100),
when
my
hair
was
naturally
brown.
Since
I
decided
not
to
dry
my
hair
(it
costs
€10)
I
didn't
see
the
final
result
until
I
got
home.
To
treat
the
hair
color
they
gave
me
so
that
it
wouldn't
become
even
blonder,
they
sold
me
a
mask
(€20).
When
I
get
home,
I
see
the
dry
result
and
call
to
demand
a
solution.
The
solution
has
been
to
offer
me
to
tone
my
burnt
hair
(now
the
tone
I
initially
requested)
and
they
try
to
charge
me
again
for
drying
my
hair...
even
when
I
have
to
fix
what
they
have
done
to
me
they
want
to
charge
me.
Regarding
the
shampoo
for
the
initial
blonde
that
they
sold
me,
they
will
not
refund
my
money,
and
I
can
either
keep
it
or
exchange
it
for
something
else,
but
not
for
money.
I
manage
to
talk
to
the
manager/boss,
I
DO
NOT
RECEIVE
ANY
SOLUTION,
OR
AN
APOLOGY.

AS
I
CAME
HOME
