It was 22:30 in bilbao and we were looking for a place to eat desert and all the stores were closed because it was a holiday day so we decided to go to Macdonald to check what they have as desert.. So we found these two chocolate cakes and we sit there to eat it and enjoy the taste of great chocolate cake and oreo cake with a big cup of cola

Great place to have a fast lunch or dinner. The food is like any other McDonald's and thus oke. The restaurant itself is very clean and the toilets are freely accisible. Would recommend this place.

Food was fresh, good. Rubbish everywhere inside, not enough staff to clean. The bins were also not obvious so I guess people just left there rubbish where they ate. Self service.

Fast Service. For 1 person lots of ketchup & tissue paper it’s just a waste.

I ordered what I thought was a Egg McMuffin but got the Spanish breakfast sandwich, which is an egg and potato quiche kind of thing.

I found the service at the McCafe to be a but lack lustre.

Selector screen can be set to English and there it stops. Card payment instructions on terminal not. Lady behind counter does not speak English. Not any sign in English. Quality below standard: burger not warm anymore. No ‘mayo’ available anymore, so choose “special sauce” which then was not handed out (no question possible because of lacking language skill right). They threw in a bunch of ketchup sachets which I didn’t order. Bilbao, city of tourists ? Not for McDo it seems.

It took over 20 min for a regular basic hamburger, which was then burnt. Place was dirty with trash all over the floor. Worst McDonald's I have ever seen.

Not very clean at all. Stuff were quick slow for a fast food restaurant.

Disgusting, avoid at all cost.
