In
March
I
participated
in
an
introductory
course
to
Nordic
walking
divided
into
two
hour
and
a
half
sessions
with
Marisa.
She
is,
in
my
opinion,
very
didactic,
friendly,
educated
and
a
good
professional.
It
energizes
the
group
very
well
(there
were
eight
people
registered)
and
focuses
on
the
students
leaving
with
the
necessary
ideas
to
be
able
to
develop
this
sport
on
their
own
(although,
you
have
to
practice
from
the
course
and
perfect
the
technique).
Ensure
that
the
participants,
without
previously
knowing
each
other
and
with
different
levels
of
preparation
and
expectations,
have
a
satisfactory
learning
experience.
Try,
within
the
limitations
of
a
group
context,
to
give
feedback
to
each
participant
on
their
main
aspects
of
improvement.
It
offers
recommendations
on
different
aspects
related
to
this
sport
(material,
associations,
meetings
and
events,...)
and
is
open
to
answering
questions,
both
in
the
sessions
and
outside
of
them
(WhatsApp,
etc.).
I
would
recommend
it
to
anyone
who
wants
to
get
started
in
this
discipline.
