Natürlich spielt das Gewicht auch eine Rolle habe den Kompressor ausgepackt er war natürlich total zerkratzt und das Stecker defekt nach langem Schriftverkehr wurden mir nur 15 € zu gestanden als Rabatt sie wollten stattdessen eine Rücklieferung das natürlich mit sehr viel Aufwand für mich. Verbunden wäre oder den Stecker mit Kabel austauschen was natürlich zu den Garantieverlust geführt hätte sie haben einfach mehr Zeit in den Mailverkehr gesteckt wie sich mal zu überlegen was sinnvoll ist

    Entgegen aller; hier verfassten negativen Bewertungen, kann ich der Fa. Lefeld GmbH alle 5 Sterne und meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung geben! Bestellt wurden am 17.06.2022 insgesamt 4 Bessey Schraubzwingen, da Lefeld ca. 30% günstiger und somit der preiswerteste Anbieter war. Seitens Lefeld war die Kommunikation, wie z.B. Bestellbestätigung, Rechnung, Paketübergabe an DHL und auch voraussichtlicher Liefertermin, per Mail geradezu vorbildlich! Der Versand erfolgte in einem großen Karton (siehe Fotos), der m.E. auch hätte kleiner sein können. Dies ist aber kein Manko! Die Auslieferung erfolgte, da ein Wochenende dazwischen lag, bereits 5 Tage später. Getreu dem Motto: Wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten; sollten sich Kaufinteressenten nicht von allzu positiven - aber auch nicht von allzu negativen Bewertungen beeinflussen lassen.     Start mit Hindernissen und trotzdem meine Erwartungen zu 100 % Erfüllt. Der Artikel wurde am 28.12 2021 bestellt. Habe eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen, und haben mich dann zum ersten Mal am 3. Januar gemeldet, was mit dem jeweiligen Produkt sei und wann dieses geliefert wird. Daraufhin bat mich der Mitarbeiter einen Tag zu warten damit dieser ermitteln konnte was mit dem Produkt ist. Am 4. Januar habe ich prompt eine E-Mail bekommen dass der Artikel leider eine Beschädigung hat und zur Überprüfung an die Metabowerke GmbH gesendet worden ist. Wir einigten uns beim nächsten Telefonat (auch am 4. Januar 2022) das wenn der Artikel binnen der nächsten zwei Wochen, nicht bei mir eintreffen würde ich den Kaufpreis 100% zurück erhalten werde und der Kaufvertrag aufgelöst wird. Dann die große Überraschung 5. Januar ein Paket direkt von den Metabowerke GmbH ist bei mir angekommen mit dem gewünschten Produkt was ich mir bestellt habe. Bei der Firma Johannes Lefeld GmbH & Co. KG stimmt der Service genauso wie bei der Firma Metabo und genau wie damals, wurde ich auch jetzt von beiden Firmen nicht enttäuscht. Heißt ich kann beide Firmen zu 100% empfehlen. Neben Zuverlässigkeit und Service sowie Kundenfreundlichkeit, stimmt vor allem eins nämlich der Preis. Fazit: Diesen Händler kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Nun zum Produkt. Angefangen von dem Neuen Koffersystem Metabox das ich total genial finde, und warum !!! Weil L boxx Und co Lassen sich wunderbar mit der Metabo Adapterplatte an die Metabox befestigen. Nun zum Schlagschrauber: In meinen Augen einer der besten Schlagakkuschrauber den ich jemals hatte siehe Bilder alleine schon von der Größe und dem Gewicht.     Haben ein Untergestell für eine Kreissäge bestellt diese ist völlig zerbeult und zerkratzt bei uns angekommen. Es war an Stellen zerkratzt die auf keinem Fall vom Transport beschädigt sein können. Hier wird angebliche Neuware verkauft. Ich kann nur davon abraten. Der Artikel geht wieder zurück.     I ordered on 25/11. I received a confirmation email that the items ordered were shipped the next day with a tracking number too . After 22 days I haven't received yet and I contact the customer service. They answer me the next day that they don't ship to Greece. You have a big problem there guys.

Die Rechnung wurde bereits erstellt mir zugesandt hier steht geschrieben so dass die Ware bereits vor vier Tagen ausgeliefert wurde als festgelegtes Lieferdatum.... Nun 4 Tage später habe ich die Maschine noch immer nicht erhalten... Wenn man eine Maschine erhält muss man die erst Mal in Betrieb nehmen ob auch alles funktioniert.... v.d. in ihrem Hause hat die Rechnung erstellt.     4 months ago I purchased an air compressor with Lefeld.de. The product was broken from delivery on, and after using it for some time I contacted the seller. After a few weeks and tries I could finally reach them and get a hold of a new product. The seller was FORCING me to remove this review, in order for a new one. This kind of BLACKMAIL is still going on and now he is THREATENING me to send a lawyer if I don't remove it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE

    This was my first purchse from this company through ManoMano. The first problem I had was with their Web site, when I placed my order I entered my address in France but for some reason best known to themselves they changed it to Germany. I tried to email them to advise them of their mistake but received some very confusing replies back non of which made any sense. I had a neighbour telephone them in german but again the responses he received were very confusing and incomplete, from them not yet dispached the item to they were waiting for it to be returned so that they could give me a refund. All very unsatifactory. I then recieved an email stating that the item had been delivered which it had not, so I contacted Manomano and they advised me that it indeed had not been delivered and it was still in transit somewhere in France. Be very cautious when dealing with this company and ensure that they have every detail correct.
