This
was
my
first
purchse
from
this
company
through
ManoMano.
The
first
problem
I
had
was
with
their
Web
site,
when
I
placed
my
order
I
entered
my
address
in
France
but
for
some
reason
best
known
to
themselves
they
changed
it
to
Germany.
I
tried
to
email
them
to
advise
them
of
their
mistake
but
received
some
very
confusing
replies
back
non
of
which
made
any
sense.
I
had
a
neighbour
telephone
them
in
german
but
again
the
responses
he
received
were
very
confusing
and
incomplete,
from
them
not
yet
dispached
the
item
to
they
were
waiting
for
it
to
be
returned
so
that
they
could
give
me
a
refund.
All
very
unsatifactory.
I
then
recieved
an
email
stating
that
the
item
had
been
delivered
which
it
had
not,
so
I
contacted
Manomano
and
they
advised
me
that
it
indeed
had
not
been
delivered
and
it
was
still
in
transit
somewhere
in
France.
Be
very
cautious
when
dealing
with
this
company
and
ensure
that
they
have
every
detail
correct.
I
have
now
received
my
item
but;
Ich

ist

to

they

can't
train
their
staff
to
hold
up
the
items
they
need
to
deliver
to
customers
who
have
paid
a
lot
of
money

me.
I
am
going
to
file
a
complaint
with
the
supplier
Johannes
Lefeld
GmbH
&
Co.
KG
but
I
don't
think
my
complaint
will
be
handled
as
I
see
on
TrustPilot
that
they
have
had
many
complaints
about
this
and
are
not
responding
to
help
their
customers.
The
packaging
they
use
is
completely
unsuitable
for
sending
by
courier,
it
is
only
suitable
for
purchase
in
their
own
store.
