    Something isn't going right here. In addition to the staff's lack of friendliness, the hospital said I wasn't prescribed the right medication today.     I'm currently sitting here in the waiting room, after waiting in the hallway!!!!! I called beforehand and explained my situation. I said straight away that I didn't want to wait long due to symptoms of illness and asked what options I had. There's an appointment in an hour. I set off and now, with no information as to why, everyone is waiting in the stairwell. Sneezing, coughing, groaning and much more. I asked if I could just take my sick note with me because I wanted to go home quickly. Shaking head without explanation!! At some point you let the people who are called into the waiting room and you continue to wait there. It's sad that in these times it's better to keep a lot of sick people waiting... And gives appointments that make no sense!! Unfortunately the friendliness of the ladies is no longer as good as it used to be :-( ...and in these times!

    I wanted a prescription for my mother. I called for the first time and after waiting in line for 10 minutes the voice said it was busy. I'm writing this review because I immediately tried it 6 more times and each time the phone was picked up and hung up. I'm glad I didn't let this doctor take care of me. The ladies can't even make a phone call

    The practice is well furnished and organized, the helpers are very nice. All doctors are competent, some explain very well and in detail, others a little briefly. The only drawback is the availability by telephone. Especially in the current situation with the virus, it might be helpful if some things could be clarified in advance over the phone. I find the telephone situation to be so serious that I have to deduct two stars.

    First of all, I honestly hope that "Hausprax Ostersbaum" also reads this review and that I don't hear any relativization this time because I'm really pissed off! My wife was there today and complained of extreme chest pain. She was told by one of these competent doctors that she would have to live with it, that cannot be determined. Seriously. It's happened before and ended in hospitalization for several days! What's wrong with the "doctors" at this practice? Complaints are not taken seriously (the patient's request for help several times!), they are explained away and relativized away, and when asked, staff and "doctors" can sometimes be harsh and even rude! It's really impossible and enough is enough now. I'll now find out what ways there are to prevent something like this. Again: if I hear or read anything other than an apology from the practice management, I will ask the licensing question and publish the whole thing. THAT doesn't work THAT way with patients!

    Family GP. They have been regular patients there for a long time. We feel very comfortable. I've been to several doctors' offices because one of them was always on vacation or not in the office. But the communication between them was great. The team fits together perfectly. Good communication at reception. Waiting times okay. Competent doctors who know what they are doing. Big compliment to Dr. Stone and co.

    I have been a patient for 15 years and I have always been informed and helped. I never had to wait long and was always able to go there on the same day if it was urgent. Fortunately, the days of unfriendly helpers are over :) But all the doctors are helpful and friendly.

    Wenn man telefonisch durchkommt, immer zeitnah einen Termin bekommen. Mitarbeiter*innen fast alle freundlich und die Ärzte Fachkompetent

    Eigentlich möchte ich gar keinen Stern verteilen. Ich bin nur die Tochter einer langjährigen Patientin. Im Frühjahr diesen Jahres hatte meine Mom 90 Jahre eine Termin in dieser überforderten Praxis. Man hat sie über 2 Stunden warten lassen, da es wichtiger war , eine Gruppe die wohl dort auch angekündigt war wegen einer Corona Impfung. Meine Freundin und ich , die unten gewartet haben waren echt fassungslos, so eine Unverschämtheit mussten wir erstmal verkraften. Da lässt man tatsächlich eine Alte Dame, bei ziemlich hohen Temperaturen , dumm und ohne Getränk im Wartezimmer sitzen . Ich danke dem lieben Gott dass meine Mom einen fantastischen Arzt gefunden hat, der ihr sehr geholfen hat und es ihr besser geht da sie mittlerweile völlig andere Medikamente und vor allem richtig dosiert bekommt. Es ist wirklich wichtig, nach einiger Zeit den Hausarzt zu wechseln, weil dieser neu untersucht und nicht völlig eingefahren handelt und sich keine Mühe mehr gibt. Achso, eigentlich, verdient diese Praxis Null Sterne. Nebenbei, ich habe auch einen sehr beliebten Hausarzt, aber der hat tolle Angestellte die sich um die Patienten kümmern und vor allem das die Praxis nicht überläuft. Diese Damen hätten sich zuvorkommend um meine Mom gekümmert. Prima Tipp für die Zukunft, weniger ist mehr.

    I called them, explained my current situation and expressly expressed that I was absolutely not feeling well. I had a fever of 39.7, chills, etc. I was told I could be there until a certain time. I got there at 8:30 a.m. and was barely able to stay on my feet. When I spoke to reception and they saw how badly I was feeling, I was asked to sit in the cold stairwell even though the waiting room still had a lot of chairs free. I asked into the stairwell? They said yes to the stairwell, when I asked how long I should wait there given my condition, I was told it was an hour. Was there the first and last time. Humanity out of place

    So far I have always received a very friendly welcome and was very satisfied, but today my son and I were treated so incredibly unfriendly by a young woman named Susanne on the second floor that I was speechless. The other two colleagues were very nice and committed. As I was leaving the practice I asked the lady for her name, she said oh, do you want to complain? Yes, wait a minute, I'll get the doctor... When the doctor was standing in front of me, she constantly interrupted me and was much friendlier than before. The doctor was confused. We then politely wished you a nice day and left the practice. You with clear sarcasm and grin, Likewise....
