I was there for the first time yesterday to continue my permanent hair removal from the intimate area. The store is beautifully designed and Roza is very professional. Before the treatment she explained everything to me again, how it all works, etc. enlightens you and answers every question. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I've been to Roza several times now for laser treatment and it's unbelievable what results we've already achieved! I have tried other lasers before and, among other things, stopped the diode laser treatment because it caused burns and scars to my skin. I chose Skin First because of the new laser, which achieves the desired result even without getting hot! It doesn't matter how light/dark your skin and how light/dark your hair is!! In the end you are hair-free either way. All I can say about Roza is that she is an incredibly friendly and courteous person. She is my third beautician and I have never felt so comfortable! She makes you feel really good and you can talk to her so well that you don't notice how quickly the time flies during the treatment. I have already recommended Skinfirst to several others and every one of my friends is just as satisfied and happy as I am!

Rosa is super nice, but even after the 13th treatment I still have hair everywhere. It seems like she's trying to take our money out of our pockets. For 5 treatments she has been telling me that I should come again because the hair would then disappear. I have already paid €2600. Unfortunately, she doesn't do her job thoroughly. It would be advisable to reduce the amount to be paid depending on the number of treatments. But if the result is still not achieved as desired (permanent hair removal), then it's not worth going. I'm disappointed and feel betrayed. She probably doesn't care because she got the money she wanted.

Wasted money! I've had countless treatments and the hair still doesn't disappear. I am told that the next treatment will permanently remove all my hair, but that is never the case. Already spent €2000 for nothing. Pink itself is nice, but that doesn't help me with hair removal.

I was there for the third time today. After just three sets, over 80% of the twill hair is gone. The treatment is also very pleasant. I wish I had started laser treatment sooner. Nice service. Can only recommend.
