Nasty security and arrogant owner We booked a table a week before the birthday, came and everything was fine, we were greeted by a pleasant receptionist. We were offered to sit on the street and we passed a man who began to push us out and did not let us through. As it turned out, it was the owner's security guard and we got "too close" to them, although we were just walking to our table. We decided not to focus on this and have a good evening, but after that he returned to us and said that we need to be “polite”, went to complain about us to the owner and in the end we were kicked out. Bottom line - don't come here if you don't want to ruin your holiday. I advise the guard not to suppress his childhood traumas and not to feel God. Oh, and don't fawn to your boss. I advise the owner of the establishment not to be so arrogant and not to expel decent people just because we were not afraid of your two-meter security guard.

Really bad experience ☹️The waitress is really really really rude, just threw water on the table. We didn’t do anything. We paid money for service, but obviously she thinks she’s customer. We won’t go there again.🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

Very bad experience From the beginning. I was there with a black friend who didn’t speak German .. the guy at the gate talked to him in a very rude manner in German and said ( we only speak German here). Mind you the place is in a touristy area.. the food was good but not worth a visit .. there wasn’t live music even though it was Saturday. We usually tip very good but that day we didn’t even leave extra 50 cent.

Relaxed atmosphere and fancy. The cocktails we had weren’t that great, average at best. A nice place if you want to wind down after some heavy shopping.

Since 1986 i visit “Bei Tino” in the Time Sams West was around the corner, or before i went to the legendary “Checkers Club. Tino’s was always the place where we gathered and had soms Kir’s or bubbels in advance!

Lovely location, plenty of rain shelter for outside sitting. Inside is well designed, pleasing to the eye. Regrettably service is dreadful: - sorry, you can't have that table, we are full (there were not, only 1 other table occupied) - sorry, no WiFi. We are changing providers and cannot give you access In short: stay away. The high priced cocktails ain't worth it. Service is too poor and doesn't match the prices.

Very bad experience with white bartender. We were with the four of us and could go to another table according to a lady bartender. Then when we shifted we were not allowed by this man. I told that it was ok by this lady, but she suddenly said no. When we sat down at our first table, this male bartender came back and said that we are confusing him. This male bartender then came and said, that we told the other lady that we said that he allowed us to sit at the other table when we never said something like. Most horrible, rude behaved and customer unfriendly bartender. Later on the night he went to my boyfriend to tell that we should not be messing with this bartender because he knows all bartenders in Düsseldorf as it is a small world. We have been talking in a normal manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. What does he think of himself?!

Lol terrible service from the one-two dynamic Cromagnum doormen. Been visiting this establishment for years walking thru their side entrance, but guy at door must have been tasked with protecting the president of the republic. Other guy wanted to seat us at the bar, even though it's a party of 6. And when we asked if he spoke anything other than slurred German, he chuckles and says "no". So much for the friendly piano bar vibe. Keep the xenophobia bro, no worries. Avoid this location, unless you're in University, as it's definitely lost its appeal

Went here on a whim a few weeks ago with my bestie. Had a good time. It just so happened to be “Brazilian Night” & it made me feel at home. The service was nice & efficient. The drinks weren’t too pricey either. We definitely have plans to visit again. The bouncer/doorman was super nice & made sure we got in without incident.

We’ve got some fantastic cocktails at this place, alongside the quick service. There was even some live music at the moment, which was good! Great place for a cocktail afterwards.

Very rude. Didn’t even look me in the eye when ordering. Beer was decent though.

Great place, very friendly staff, great cocktails and atmosphere. And Vito on the piano is the best!

The ambience is nice and cosy. Not too crowded and not too loud.

Very nice staff!!!! We had a great friday evening despite Covid closing at 23.00 hrs. We live in the Netherlands, our bars and restaurants are closed. Düsseldorf and Tino's Bar are a great alternative. We' ll come back soon!

Came there for champagne. They have only two sorts of it by glasses but different cocktails with champagne. We were there on Monday and unfortunately didn't see any live music. The ambiance is nice, you can also sit outside and watch Kö.

The beauty of their outdoor seating justifies their overpricing. Other than that, there is nothing special. It is very disappointing though that they don’t have WiFi.

Tino's bar truly left me with a wonderful experience, the live music is super pleasant, the cocktails are very accurate, the food delicious. the staff were very welcoming and respectful to me and my partner. Perfect evening.
