Nobody's answering the phone!! I've been calling every day for 2 weeks and it's always the same thing... I don't know what the good applications are for when the people at the registration desk aren't even there?! You can't even begin with that. Just sad !

My pulmonologist who I trust for 8 years. The most important point for me in a doctor, in addition to competence, is that he takes his time and answers all questions etc. and that's exactly what he does! He is always very friendly and takes care of his patients. The staff are just as friendly and competent as the doctor himself. I've always had good experiences here. I recommend it with a really clear conscience! Keep it up 👍!!! It is a joint practice where two other pulmonologists practice. Photo downloaded from the net!!!

Dr. Ammenwerth is a very nice, friendly specialist with a high level of competence who takes a lot of time for his patients. I'm in great hands there and feel very understood. The practice is recommended at any time. The team is also super nice, helpful, caring and very competent. I would want to give more than 5 stars if possible.

Telephone availability is poor. I was sitting at the front entrance in front of the counter and called on my cell phone and the two women continued to chat. Appointment over 10 months waiting time If necessary, only contact the dermatologist who will then make an appointment for me. That's funny, my family doctor doesn't have anything else to do 🤦 Dr Ammenwerth is a top doctor but unfortunately the staff is just bad. I will look for another doctor after many years. Thank you Dr. Ammenwerth for her many years of help.

I have rarely seen such a great practice. The employees, whether at the reception, at the LUFU test, in the laboratory or in the X-ray, were all really nice and friendly. I also found the atmosphere itself to be very calm and harmonious. Everyone knew what to do without being hectic (as I know from other practices). Everything was explained in detail and questions were answered. Dr. Ammenwerth is a great doctor. Impeccable person, easy-going way to have fun, very empathetic, took time despite the upcoming lunch break, was the only doctor to date to think outside the box and incorporates criteria from other specialist areas into the diagnosis and professionally 10 out of 10 stars. I felt very well looked after. I'm actually looking forward to the next appointment. And that's where I've actually had 80% bad experiences with doctors and have almost no trust anymore. I felt really comfortable and in good hands here. The only drawback is actually the availability by telephone. For this I would give a maximum of 2 stars. Unfortunately, this is now the case in many practices.

Great doctor who takes time for his patients and makes clear statements about his diagnoses, which he explains in an understandable way. Very empathetic and super friendly. Simply recommended.

From 7 a.m. you can supposedly book an emergency appointment via the website. I prepared myself extra and sat at 6:59 a.m. with two computers in front of me. Funny, apparently there were no appointments for this Friday. The display definitely hasn't changed. You feel a little taken aback...
