A great practice. Starting with the very nice dental assistants right up to Dr. Jacobs. Absolutely outstanding… Human, sensitive and professional. For me the best dentist and practice team. They're all doing a really great job. No long appointments No long waiting times No unnecessary treatments with profit intentions

I'm 30 years old and had a terrible experience at the dentist 12 years ago and have been incredibly anxious about going to the dentist ever since. A good friend recommended the Aichinger practice to me and I am a patient of Dr. Simonis. I'm still afraid, but I can say with a clear conscience that she was able to take away my fear as best she could and so far everything has always worked wonderfully! I am very happy to have found this dental practice and would highly recommend it!

VERY nice and empathetic doctors! They are also, as far as I can tell, very competent. The helpers are also friendly and courteous. All questions are answered in detail and understandably. The appointment management is particularly noteworthy. I have actually never waited here for longer than a quarter of an hour! I had an appointment at 9:15 a.m. today, it was shortly after 9 :00h and out again before 9:30am, including x-rays.

Miss Dr. I can fully recommend Simonis. Because of her calm, loving and at the same time humorous manner, you can relax in the treatment chair and even feel comfortable with the dentist. The high level of professionalism makes me feel safe and in good hands at all times, so I already feel at home looking forward to the next appointment. Many thanks also to the great practice team, who warmly welcome you with every visit.

I can warmly recommend this practice. The lady at reception was super friendly and accommodating and I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for my turn. As a phobic, I was advised by Dr. Simonis was treated with total understanding and her very calming manner. She explained every step she was taking, so my fear was no longer there towards the end. The best dentist I've ever had! :)
