I'm glad I canceled my contract. Customer service is zero and the employees are incredibly rude! Should go back to school and get training so that you know how to deal with customers. On top of that, the network is simply pointlessly overpriced.😑

The store is very small with only one employee on site. I've been lucky so far and never had to wait long. Depending on who you have in front of you, it can probably take a lot of time. The opening times are adapted to the avenue and are sufficient. The quality of the advice depends very much on the respective employee. Recently I received very good advice; a delay in delivery of my new Galaxy was also resolved on site. Previously, another employee had given me a BT box as a supposed gift with the contract. Then it appeared on the invoice with 24 x €3.50 and also (very well hidden) in the contract. Pretty clever, the boy. All in all, I'd rather go to the shop than torture myself through the hotline.

Mr. Anjri welcomed me very nicely and seemed very competent. Good feeling about the contract extension. Gladly again.

Great advice, very helpful

Some time ago I signed a smartphone contract in this shop with great conditions and top services. I was recently confronted with what the hotline described as an “unresolvable problem” with my contract data. I then went back to the store and lo and behold, exactly 5 minutes later the employee was able to change the desired setting for me. So 5 stars! Simply great advice and very competent employees.

My experience has been that if there are problems that can be solved, those problems are solved without much hesitation. So far I haven't been left behind with any problem I've had but I've been helped straight away. The guys probably care more about their customers than the other salespeople I've had the pleasure of getting to know over the years. Top team.
