Had an appointment with the optician today. She gave me very friendly and competent advice and took a lot of time. The other employees are always friendly and helpful. Absolute recommendation.

I brought a double-braided gold chain that I had gotten from my late mother because it had broken at the clasp. And a pendant that had become too thin for me on the clasp so I had to thicken it so that I didn't lose it and the chain. I pointed out several times that the chain was important to me and I wanted to be sure I didn't lose it. And got what you see in the photo again, I don't dare wear the chain anymore, so it was thinned out at the top. All I had to do was tell me that there was no gold available to make it sensible, instead of taking the gold off the chain. For me it's an absolute botch and doesn't serve its purpose, which is a shame.

I asked them to replace my watch strap and they clearly overcharged me. First the lady didn’t know the price then just looked at it and said it would be EUR 60. They ordered the strap and ended up charging me EUR 76 even the guy who was replacing the strap was surprised with the price. So much for supporting local small businesses who end up ripping you off! Never ever!

The measurement of the eyes worked very well. A young colleague was probably instructed - that was also excellent. Technical information was given to me in a clearly understandable manner. Everything was completely calm and very customer-oriented. I never felt like I was being pushed. The glasses are great and I can highly recommend this specialist shop. Thanks for the good advice.
