Extremely overpriced. Over 600€ every month + extra money just to use the facilities (gym, common kitchen and study room). Plus 4€ every time you want to wash your clothes. The worst is, even when I left my room in optimal condition, they painted over the whole apartment and made me pay for it with my caution. Something that had not be done with previous tenants. Might be a little bit fancier than studentenwerk facilities but definitely not worthy: too expensive and far away from the city center.

I lived in S2 Bonn around one year-one year and a half. Bad parts: I had Silverfishes - everyone has them, the building is infested. The property management was almost non-existent at all times. The area is not the best one, there were break-in incidents (the video system does not work properly). Quite overpriced for how small the rooms are - also because one pays 400€ (one time fee) for the common areas. Elevator problems occurred quite often. Good parts: The concept is really nice and I had a wonderful time there because of the amazing people that I met.

Nice and modern accomodations, a warm manager/scout and a close community. As someone coming from outside of Germany for studies, Staytoo provided a very relaxing and comfortable environment for me to settle in peacefully. Nicole, our manager, constantly tries to make the hostel safe, secure, properly maintained and building the community. The place is also very close to supermarkts, bus stations etc. and laundry, gym, garden, study and dining room are all part of the complex, hence making it a very self sufficient building. I would recommend it highly for international students!

Only reason why I gave this place five stars is because of our office lady Nicole. I've lived in the building for a year now and until Nicole got here this place was a mess. The old office lady was very rude and unfriendly, and the tenants ran wild. But Nicole is amazing, she has really created a great atmosphere here in the house. She really tries to get to know everyone and will help you out (to the best of her abilities) with any problems you might be having. She also does a great job putting on monthly get togethers, giving us an opportunity to get to know everyone in the house. As for the apartments they are nice. They have a very modern setup, with all the basic features to live comfortably. Our fabulous cleaning ladies do an excellent job cleaning the common areas, and the tenants do an okay job with cleaning up after themselves. Outside of the occasional loud tenant, staytoo is a nice and peaceful place to stay while studying in Bonn

Staytoo Bonn is a lovely place to live; wonderful accommodation for students/young professionals. The studios are quite spacious considering they have everything you need in one unit, including a kitchenette - the layout is very well designed. By far the best student accommodation I have stayed in. The site manager Nicole is always friendly and willing to help, especially to international students who are not German natives and may be unfamiliar with certain things! Management also puts on frequent events to help students get acclimated and get to know other residents. Impressive facilities are another reason Staytoo is a good place to live, for instance a small gym/workout room that is pretty well equipped! The only downside I can comment on is that sometimes the washing machines or dryers in the laundry room are ineffective in their cycle or broken down temporarily but once Nicole is aware of this, the issue is sorted ASAP. Given the advantage of having a laundry room onsite and not having to go to a laundrette, this slight drawback is definitely manageable! I highly recommend StaytooBonn.

The place is very well equipped and practical. I enjoyed living there. Also the manager (Nicole) is very friendly and she is always concerned about the peace at Staytoo. Thanks to her the place got more and more clean and organized. Also she is very helpful when there is a problem. I really recommend this place if you are a student in Bonn.

I moved in last year. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. I feel comfortable here in these four walls. In addition, we have a very kind and disciplined Apartment manager. She pays attention to everything and provides us with 100% security.

The location of the building is close to the bus stops and not too far away from the supermarkets. The building itself is clean and fully furnished. The room is spacious enough for me to share with my sister. Also, the Scout Lady Nicole is generous and helpful. She was able to help out with everything I need and even organized a fun party. She managed to help us settling in and clearly explain the contracts and rules.

Staytoo Bonn is a great place for students with their excellent facilities, safe and secure and properly maintained, but above all else I would say we have had the best house staff/scout in my experience. Nicole, our house staff, is remarkably helpful and kind, always available and very proactive about improving our experience living here. Staytoo Bonn is a wonderful place that provides everything as advertised and even more so with their most excellent staff.
