The same happened this morning: both ears were suddenly closed, I could hardly hear anything and my sense of balance was also impaired. After the practice opened, I tried to get an appointment as soon as possible and pointed out the urgency, in my opinion. However, the incompetent practice employee said that my request was by no means urgent and offered me an appointment in 14 days. Earlier is not possible. I am a private patient. I declined and hung up. A short time later I was immediately given an appointment with another ENT doctor and the problem was resolved in just a few minutes.

Very nice and friendly doctor. Very nice and friendly staff. The waiting time until the appointment was completely okay (when I compare it with other specialists). I was there twice, each time I was helped very well and the appointment was kept with just a few minutes of waiting. Top!

I'm irritated once again. Waiting time short. Conversation with the doctor was zero. 2 minutes. He didn't listen to me. He briefly told me frantically how I should treat my problem. Which problem? He doesn't know my problem. Craziness. The second ENT specialist in Trier, according to the motto: "Dear patient, don't steal my time."

I have to give huge praise. We came in acutely with our son. Nevertheless, we received a very warm welcome, the doctor and the entire team were very friendly and competent. I can recommend this practice. Thanks :)
