update: If you are a fan of party, you will definitely fall in love with this appartment. Because here is the heaven of parties! You can play music loudly both inside and outside of the building after 10 PM, you can yell along the corrdior when other people are sleeping well, you can knock other residents' doors randomly, but you don't need to be afraid others' criticism. Because the house manger will also support you, you can even accuse them back with so-called "offensive words"! What a nice place guys! ____________________________________________________________________ I have lived in uninest for years, but it is get worse and worse. Sometimes no internet for days, sometimes no hot water for days. If you have no house to live, you can temporarily stay here, but you can defintely find a better place.

Perfect for students who don’t want the WG chaos and prefer to live alone. Sufficient storage room (ex. Wardrobe, shelfs and under the bed), and the furniture is organized in a way that you don’t feel cramped in 18 m2. There is a comunal laundry that works with coins, and my complain is that it will only take 50cent coins and gets more expensive as the semesters go by. I’ve been living here for a year and a half, and I must say that the first years was wonderful. This year on the other hand, we’ve spent a month without showers, it has been dirty, loud and inconvenient due to work being done at the property that takes away the possibility of using the common areas like the game rooms, study room and gym. (for a few days one of the laundry room as well). The worst part is, that instead of charging us less for the 8 am noise everyday (and throwout the day), dust everywhere and leaving the door open to the building so that workers can come and go as they please, we have had an increase in the rent and the people don’t have the option to pay a lower deposit if they have a guarantor anymore. Honestly, I’m disappointed, feel like they’re ripping out my money and don’t feel at home anymore. It makes me a bit sad to write this, because the staff is supper nice, but I would prefer paying a bit less that having constant gift giving and inside events in which I don’t participate.

We spent four months at Uninest for our internship from beginning of May until the end of August. We had an amazing time there! First, the rooms are great! They are new, well organised and full of light! The common space is really nice, there is a kitchen where we spend time and had the chance to meet some other students. Above all, the staff is so kind! Everytime we had a question, an issue or whatever we had nice and quick answers. Before we arrived we had a lot of questions and they were extremely nice, helpful and quick to answer ! We strongly recommand you Uninest, we were really sad to leave this place and all the nice people we met!

Nice experience staying here. The studio has plenty of storage capacity, well-equipped kitchen and top-notch toilet. Management team is also very friendly and prepare kinds of surprise (chocolate, coffee, birthday card) for you throughout the year. Highly recommended for those who enjoys independence and does not mind paying a bit extra.

Best place in Darmstadt! With everything you’ll probably need! The management team is incredible, very friendly and helpful in every situation: Diana, Simona and Shabana and other members of the staff are the best. Thanks to them for making this place ALIVE!

I've spent more than 1 year here. Although the pandemic situation makes our life difficult, the management team is really awesome!! 👍👍They are super super nice!! 🥰🥰 and have offered me a great deal of support. I'm super thankful to them.
