Tourist attraction Landmark

👍👍 A real highlight of our Heidelberg trip. The sequoia trees at the jump height are incredibly beautiful. The route here from the city is also easy for inexperienced hikers and you can take a leisurely stroll. There is also a small hut on site and seating with a view of the trees. People often mention trees, beautiful,

I came to this place more by chance and was even more impressed by the huge trees. The information boards are helpful and otherwise this place has a magical atmosphere somehow. The whole forest is full of interesting plants.

This Sequoia has to grow for at least another 1000 years before it is really big.

For everyone who is looking for peace and quiet and wants to switch off, this is a place to linger, think about your life, your goals, the future and the past, the mammoth trees can give you so much strength, just touch the trees, they are very tender and soft, take your time, go and switch off

My first trek in Germany, this place is well maintained and beautiful and like a lot of things in this country, has a lot of history.
