Had an amazing vacation with my girlfriend, the rooms were really great for the price. Breakfast was very enjoyable with fresh fruits and great bacon. Free parking is just great, it's right outside the hotel. although i paid for parking so i could secure my car better, there was really no need. The swimming pool is great, sadly, you arent allowed to jump or dive in. Its just for swimming, not made for kids. The area is amazing, i advice you go to restaurant Picolo, they make amazing pizza's for a great price. "Much" is also a cute city u can visit. If you are a car enthusiast this hotel will be great for you, the area is the most enjoyable drive ive had ever, mountain views and touge like passes. I would definitely come back!

Pretty nice place. Good rooms and awesome attention. For corona, they provided free COVID test in case of need. The swimming pool is small, but really nice. the international breakfast was quite generous and diverse(only bad point was the coffee, pretty bad)

Amazing choice of breakfast , nice room offcourse everything felt a little bit small Nice sauna and steam room . For the price everything was very good .

This hotel could do with a major upgrade and it’s certainly not worth four stars. The hotel is quite dated, dinner buffet hardly eatable, rooms are clean yet modest (f.e. no fridge), wellness area old but accessible and free to guests, and staff is friendly however not very communicative/proactive in their guests’ needs (f.e. what should be explained at check-in or check-out or in case of problems). The hotel is located along a busy road and accessible via an industrial area, however, does have some good views of the hilly grasslands. There’s also a private parking area; during our stay the gates weren’t working so the hotel was kind enough to offer the guests free parking. All in all not a hotel we’d go back to, we expect more from a four-star hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. With very friendly staff. Especially during breakfast. Extremely accommodating. Friendly reception and helpful to find the best bicycle routes. Just ask for the map. Rooms a little bit dated but you don't wanna be in your room but enjoying the nature. And off course the sauna and steambath. Great place to stay

If you wish to relax is the perfect hotel because is far from anything. Good personell and food.

Very noce hotel with good breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and the swimminbpool is small but just good for refrehment and clean. A nice place to stay. The staff is very friendly.

Great food, nice rooms with good beds. The refurbishing was done really cheap and in according to the price really bad quality. Most important stuff was forgotten, like mosquito nets etc. But they installed an a/c wich nobody needs in central Germany. But due to the condensate water from the a/c my room got flooded while shaving (just having a little bit of tub water running to wash off the hair from the razor) but that was enough to overpower the sink. It came out through the a/c inlet. Before this happened, I did inform the hotel about this really bad quality of the work done. Nobody seems to care about that.

Good hotel for a short breakaway. Pool is nice, water temperature is good for a nice long swim. Breakfast is good, nice restaurant area. Pub area is nice and cozy. Staff were very friendly. We were here in November, so cold outside, but still enjoyed the trip. Nice little towns in the area. Much itself doesn't have many restaurants, we gave Medo a try and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value for money. I can also recommend the quad bike tour..5 minutes from the hotel.

- personnel is friendly, helpfull and trying their best. - do not have enough seat for all guest at the restaurant, 10 Sept when we went restaurant for dinner, the lady there told us that they are fully booked and we should come back 10 min later to check for availability - rooms are Ok for a couple but small for three with kid and no suit choice. Only two types of room exist - daily items in the to room be renewed had not been renewed (coffee, water etc.) You have to ask for them - one of the reasons I have chosen this hotel was coffee amenity in the room. But they do not supply coffee capsules for the machine -they keep shaving sets behind the reception. You have to go to have one - there is no minibar or cooler in the room - personnel in the restaurant can refuse to serve you if they have to preapare grill for the buffet dinner. May be lack of enough personnel - every course I have experienced in the restaurant was delicious -There are no restaurants, market etc around hotel other than Much village which is 1.5 km away -breakfast is same everyday and you do not have a la carte choice such as omlet - only the personnel in the front desk can speak understand English. In the restaurant or in other places, only afew words.. I am still in the hotel. I will leave 11 Sept. In case whom it concerns does not agree with me, please tell. My room number is 125.

The house is a little bit older but very very nice, clean fresh. Thank you for your massage service. First used a water jet system that was fun. But the personal treatment was much much better.

First of all, everything looks much worse in real life than it does in the picture, starting with the pool. The pictures made it look a lot larger and nicer. The sauna area smelled like a toilet. The dinner buffet (!) was €28,- p.p. and the food was mediocre at best. Even though we had a discount card, it was not worth the money at all. It was still majorly overpriced. Getting to the hotel is a drag; it is located in the middle of nowhere and it takes ages to get there by any means of transport.

We appreciated the comfy bed and different pillows. The friendly staff and spa treatments made our stay pleasant. There were some areas for attention which include: to improve the wet sauna; there was no airco, no mosquito nets and ventilator in the bathroom. Certain spa treatments eg the manicure and nail polish was priced too high In view of the treatment received. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Try and get one of the rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor, they are newly renovated and very nice. Comfy beds, good (but expensive) restaurant, great sports and spa area! The road it's situated on is very busy and you will definitely hear the cars at night in some rooms but the general atmosphere is serene. Recommended overall!

Had a wonderful relaxing time at this hotel. Very professional with a friendly down to earth service. Great food and love the nature view and hikes. Also large pool and huge sports centre. Prices for food and drinks very reasonable considering it is a high end hotel.

Well located hotel. Many official events are organised. Located in a very serene and lovely place. Nice morning and evening sunshine views. Good food.
