Positive:
Very
friendly
staff
and
if
you
have
a
Jura
device,
you
are
really
in
very
good
hands
here.
I
dropped
off
a
Jura
device
here
for
maintenance
and
the
service
was
great.
Negative:
With
other
brands
(e.g.
Miele)
I
wouldn't
want
to
give
my
machine
there
again.
I'm
aware
that
there
are
similar
components
everywhere,
regardless
of
the
make,
but
it
just
didn't
fit
here.
I
handed
the
machine
in
for
maintenance,
was
then
allowed
to
pick
it
up,
then
the
machine
leaked
and
the
coffee
ran
into
the
collecting
container.
Back
to
service
and
it
was
fixed.
After
2
months
the
error
appeared
again,
they
didn't
want
to
accommodate
me
and
distanced
themselves
from
it,
since
I
use
the
machine
commercially:
to
be
honest
-
if
I
brew
5
coffees
a
day
at
home
or
5
coffees
a
day
in
my
office,
it
doesn't
matter
Role.
After
an
eternity
of
discussion
with
the
boss,
I
took
the
machine
with
me,
ordered
a
replacement
brewing
group
and
the
machine
worked.
This
clearly
proved
that
the
mistake
was
on
Bosa's
part.
Addendum:
Thanks
for
your
feedback.
With
the
feedback
you
are
simply
confirming
my
negative
experience.
1.
The
brewing
group
is
one
of
the
wearing
parts,
according
to
your
statement
-
it
was
agreed
that
you
would
service
it
and
then
the
coffee
leaked
into
the
machine
and
you
didn't
want
to
repair
it
because
it
supposedly
wasn't
your
fault.
Only
after
I
got
a
brand
new
replacement
part
did
it
work
again.
2.
Again
your
statement
about
the
fully
automatic
commercial
coffee
machine.
Seriously
now:
we
brew
a
maximum
of
5-6
coffees
a
day.
So
why
should
we
use
a
fully
automatic
commercial
coffee
machine?
This
is
not
only
a
waste
of
money,
but
also
not
usage-oriented.
