This
practice
is
hard
to
beat!
I
properly
made
an
appointment
via
116117.
According
to
116117,
I
should
have
this
confirmed
by
telephone
the
following
day.
Since
the
practice
was
probably
overwhelmed
or
understaffed,
the
appointment
could
not
be
confirmed
the
following
day.
Unfortunately,
the
lady
on
the
phone
couldn't
give
me
any
information
about
when
I
should
get
in
touch
again.
Since
you
spend
quite
a
long
time
on
hold
when
trying
to
reach
the
practice
by
phone,
I
agreed
with
the
lady
on
the
phone
that
I
would
send
an
email
at
the
end
of
the
week.
Since
I
didn't
receive
any
negative
feedback
on
this,
I
assumed
everything
was
fine.
When
I
arrived
at
the
practice,
I
was
told
that
I
didn't
have
an
appointment
for
another
4
(!)
months.
116117
is
only
allowed
to
make
appointments
within
5
weeks.
There
was
no
accommodation
whatsoever.
The
blame
was
placed
on
116117.
I
should
contact
the
appointment
office.
Here
people
were
quite
annoyed
by
the
practice's
apportionment
of
blame.
This
was
clearly
rejected.
The
error
clearly
lies
with
practice,
which
is
probably
not
able
to
Process
emails
properly.
I
now
have
no
proof
of
an
appointment
for
my
employer.
I'm
also
stuck
with
the
parking
and
travel
costs,
not
to
mention
the
time
required.
I
now
have
to
continue
to
deal
with
my
urgent
concern
until
I
can
make
a
new
appointment
at
another
practice.
I
am
deeply
shocked
and
disappointed
by
the
treatment
of
patients
at
the
Frankfurt
Endocrinology
Clinic.
A
short
email
informing
you
that
the
appointment
cannot
take
place
or
be
confirmed
would
have
been
fair.
This
would
have
saved
me
a
lot
of
stress
and
hassle
and
I
would
have
been
able
to
arrange
another
appointment
in
a
timely
manner.
