Great moment in the Alpenpark Neuss…We would recommend the Alpen Park ticket to all visitors, which cost us €39 per person. The ticket includes: - both mini golf courses - Football area - Climbing park (2 hours) - Ski facility (2 hours) The facilities are well maintained, well structured and signposted. The staff throughout the entire complex were very friendly and helpful.

If it weren't for the unnecessary parking fee, it would be 4+ stars. If the company needs additional money, then it should have been done much more cleverly - increase the prices of drinks, food, tickets, events a little and thereby reach 5 euros, but not like that...

If you want to celebrate the turn of the year in style, this is the right place! The all-round care was great, great, very delicious, sufficient buffet, both in the evening and in the morning. The employees were all very attentive and friendly, thank you very much. We felt very comfortable and wish the whole team all the best for 2024 🌟

We were there for a Christmas party with my wife's company... Curling was booked and then a buffet for 2.5 hours. The staff at reception was very good and friendly... Unfortunately, that quickly changed... After we had ordered for 1530.. We were escorted downstairs where the lockers and the rental clothes were.. We didn't need anything and thought everything was clear, now we can start.. Unfortunately no, not until 4 p.m.. Half an hour is planned for changing and so on 🤷‍♂️ Well, ok... 20 minutes to have a drink in the bar... But you're not allowed to take it into the hall... At around 4 p.m. sharp we were back down at the meeting point... Unfortunately our supervisor wasn't there... The apparent foreman was also immediately unfriendly.. No excuse for being slightly late.. But it was only 3 minutes late... Outrageous.. Even the young man who came then didn't say hello or this way please.. No ballpoint pen to write things down.. Unfortunately there was no decency from him and no apology...for his lateness... After an hour the curling was over and off to the buffet. Well the buffet was just exceptional.. The division of salad and starter into the main course is a disaster. Soup lukewarm.. We gave it back.. Every few minutes someone wanted to clear our plates... For the main course I wanted to eat suckling pig (I was looking forward to it) Unfortunately I only got 2 small crumbs... The signage was also wrong. Sauerbraten with chicken... And so on... At 7:30 some guy came and we were supposed to vacate the place. Firstly, we were brought to the table late. Secondly, we were still waiting for drinks that had been ordered 15 minutes before. This foreign employee probably hasn't heard or learned anything about manners either. Again no courtesy from this staff.. In general the staff was rude.. The food was suboptimal... I won't go there again or recommend it to others. There are only 2 stars because the lady at the reception was polite and the Kaiserschmarrn was tasty. My recommendation.. Training staff in dealing with customers.. Clear description in the offer.

Call very good and organized. Great for ski lessons. Caring and experienced teachers. The structure of the place is incredible. Includes restaurants, shops and changing rooms.

Went with 5 children. The park was very busy and pretty expensive. Spent most of the time in line to get on the lift or get the rental gear. Also lots of collisions between the learning kids on the runs. The staff was pretty friendly and the facilities were fine. Just too many people to be much fun. Go on a day that will be empty or don't go. It's not worth it if the place is packed. Do something else.

We were very disappointed with our visit at alpenpark Neuss. It was very crowded that day and the lady at the encounter told us it will take about an hour to wait for rental stuff, which we thought was very friendly of her. We then waited for 2.5 hours until we finally got our boards. Inside, it was way too crowded to be enjoyable for anyone. We have both been snowboarding before, yet, it has been a while so we went to the beginner hill, but it was impossible to do anything since several children had lessons at that time. We then went to the bigger hill and wanted to take the lift up to the medium height of the hill. There is a sign saying that one of the queues is assisted and the other one not, but it was too crowded so that we could not see it. We both did not know how to use the lift with a snowboard, so I asked the employee to help me real quick what he rejected. I had to take the lift to get anywhere, but I lost control and fell pretty hard, which hurt. Instead of asking me if I was fine, the man shouted at me saying that I should go to the beginner hill and that I did not belong there, extremely unfriendly. It could have been much better, but this man really ruined our time with his unfriendliness.

Okay Option for indoor skiing but does not come close to real mountains. Dinner and service was acceptable. Apres-ski is very late with different music styles. Sledging was expensive and advertised as 1h. However the slope is short and 2x 15min are used to offer mulled wine...more time is spend on everything around rather than the activity itself.

A really great facility with very professional employees and delicious food. We spent most of the day in the climbing facility. The employees there are always available to help and advise and are also open to nice conversations. The climbing equipment is well maintained, the facility is intact and in good condition. The continuous guide line is a clear “plus” for safety. Despite the break in the thunderstorms, we were able to "master" all levels of difficulty today. We had a great day and will definitely be back! Thank you very much.

Very large parking lot with sufficient parking spaces for the severely disabled. The machines are also directly accessible at the parking lot entrance/exit. You can pay by card. Costs €5/day. There are enough consumption options. There is also a shop for clothing and accessories. By and large, there are opportunities for entertainment for all ages. There is also equipment rental. The ski slope is neat and clear. The lifts are functional on both sides. There is a separate slope for beginners. The toboggan run is right next to it. Although I found it a bit too small or short. Ideal for small children. However, I found the price for an hour of tobogganing a bit too expensive. If you want to get away cheaper you have to come from 5 p.m.

Top advice in the ski/sports shop! I find parking fees (1 hour free and then €5 up to 24 hours) very annoying - you spend enough money there...

Flake card applied to voucher > not possible, but can be booked online + paid for. Note comes via email after ordering (no cancellation). Request for return was refused > no cancellation / no refund It borders on fraud

The alpine area was very good. Had pre-booked the period online. So we were able to go straight down to the output. We were well looked after there. The right material for our needs was selected straight away. 2 adults with some experience/pro, 2 children both beginners. Since we were 30 minutes early, we were able to easily advance our time slot. Because there was still space. The snow conditions were perfectly fine for our needs. But preparing in the meantime might not have been a bad idea. There were already a lot of small hills on the slopes at lunchtime. Smaller ice sheets could also be seen. Not particularly good for beginners. But that's just a suggestion. The bitter end finally came in the catering industry. The food was absolutely subterranean! The spaetzle wasn't spaetzle but rather knöpfle. The spicy mountain cheese was only shown to the dish. It wasn't spicy. The bread dumplings with a champion cream sauce caused stomach problems after eating them. Because it just came from some bad ready-made bag. The fries were OK. Maybe a little over salted. But otherwise fine. The only good thing you could get from the restaurant was the ambience and the wheat beer. Therefore there is a maximum of one star ⭐️ for the gastronomy area and four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Alpine area. So three ⭐️⭐️⭐️together

This indoor skiing/snowboarding hill is great. Our kids had amazing ski and snowboard instructors and the beginner I & II combo tickets with rentals is a great deal! You can even go during the summer and enjoy a ropes course, mini golf, and fusbal golf!

Great place to spend some days with family or friends. A lot of activities to be done outside, like bike riding or rock climbing. Of course the Indore ski track is awesome. You can take ski or snowboard lessons as well. Hotel Fire and Ice is really great. Rooms, bar and restaurant are quiere good. Sports equipment store is quiere complete.

Originally went there to go on the climbing wall, but then found out it bas been colsed for 6 years. Instead I played mini-golf. I highly recommend the mini-golf course. Nothing like others. Go and see for yourself!

Excellent climbing facilities, very friendly staff, a lot of fun for the kids! There are a variety of levels and stations depending on the age of the kids and their willingness, of course 😃 Over 60 stations, some at approximately 10 meters height. Belts and safety equipment are provided and checked at the gate. Chill and a Café zone just outside with a direct view to the entire park, so you could monitor the situation.

I booked a beginners package (2x 4 hours) and overall I was very satisfied with the material, support, food and the overall atmosphere there! There are slight drawbacks for the lack of information and the not so nice break on the second day in the very loud self-service restaurant with a children's birthday party next door instead of a buffet upstairs. Like most reviewers, I am annoyed by the parking fee, which should at least be included in a booking over 250 euros. Especially since you can't buy a ticket for the second day online and then you end up at the machine again. All in all, I had a lot of fun and will definitely come back..
