The food is incomparably delicious and contributes greatly to your recovery! :-) I would go there again for gynecological matters at any time. Really unreservedly recommended!

I was so afraid at the beginning because of the comments and also about the operation itself, but this proved to me once again that you should make your own impression. An sich eine wundervolle Klinik mit unübertrefflicher Verpflegung, tolle Betreuung der Pfleger und sauberen Zimmern. Dafür 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABER Im Juli (2. OP von Dr. Hartog operiert) bekam ich ihn nicht einmal während des Klinikaufenthaltes zur Visite zu Gesicht, was nach einer OP alles andere als erfreulich ist. Man wird nur vertröstet dass er keine Zeit hat und vielleicht später kommt. Wer sich von Dr. Hartog operieren läßt, wartet monatelang auf den OP Bericht und einige Wochen auf ein Abschlussgespräch (mit Termin) . Ich benötige seit August DRINGEND meinen OP Bericht von dem meine Kinderwunschbehandlung abhängt! Ich kann geduldig sein aber über 3 Monate auf dem OP Bericht waren lassen obwohl bekannt ist dass er wichtig ist, finde ich unverschämt. Nun nach 9 Wochen, gefüllt mit etlichen Telefonaten, Emails schreiben und Vertrösten der Empfangsdamen (die Damen am Telefon können auch nichts dafür) komme ich zu dem Schluss, dass die Klinik von mir nur 3 ⭐⭐⭐ verdient hat weil Dr. Hartog den OP Bericht einfach nicht vervollständigt und versenden lässt. Mein Rat: Meine erste OP von Fr. Dr. Beyer durchgeführt, verlief reibungslos mit guter Betreuung, aufklärendem Gesprächen und Visiten nach der Operation und dem Erhalt des OP Berichtes binnen 3 Wochen. Daher kann ich jeder Frau nur dazu raten sich von ihr operieren zu lassen wenn der OP Bericht wichtig ist und schnellst möglich benötigt wird! Fazit: Schade. Ich war erst begeistert von der Klinik. Aber wenn Herr Doktor Hartog keine Zeit für seine Patienten hat, wäre es vielleicht angemessener weniger Patienten im kurzen Zeitraum zu operiere, um nicht an Qualität der Nacharbeit einzubüßen. Ich bin gespannt ob ich meinen Op-Bericht überhaupt noch erhalten werde. Inzwischen bin ich mit der Kinderwunschklinik wieder in Kontakt getreten und es wird auf den OP Bericht verzichtet weil der Klinik wohl erkannt ist , dass man auf OP Berichte von Dr. Hartog sehr lange warten muss. Sollte ich nochmal eine OP benötigen, werde ich mich nur noch von Fr. Dr. Beyer operieren lassen weil mir ihre Definition von Patientenbetreuung mehr zusagt.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und Dr. Hartog hatte meine Geburt mit Hebamme Katharina begleitet. 😃

Hätten es gerne versucht. Uns wurde aber aus vorgeschobenen Gründen, welche eigentlich bereits monatelang geklärt und besprochen waren, 5 Tage vor Entbindungstermin einfach abgesagt. So geht man nicht mit einer hochschwangeren, werdenden Mutter um. Wahr wohl auch nicht das erste Mal, was uns im Nachgang von vielen anderen auch so bestätigt wurde. Einfach schade. So einen guten Eindruck gehabt und dann sowas. Vielleicht ging es nur um Quote o.ä. wer weiß wer weiß.

Die Klinik ist der Hammer 👌👌👌. Das ganze Team (alle inbegriffen) sind einfach nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen eine Wucht! Dr. Hartog ist ein unglaublich kompetenter Arzt, der mich nach Jahren des Leidens davon befreit hat . Wenn ich nochmal operiert werden muss ,dann hoffentlich da 🤩.

Das ich jetzt überhaupt hier eine Bewertung schreibe ist nur weil ich so dankbar für diese Ärzte und die Klinik bin ! Trotz schwerer Endometriose habe ich vor 4 Monaten meine gesunde Tochter ohne Komplikationen zur Welt gebracht. Das Ärzteteam hat mich seit der Diagnostischen OP begleitet und in allen Hinsichten bin ich TOP zufrieden..

Ich bin bei Frau Dr. Novak Patientin und fühle mich sehr gut betreut. Die Untersuchungen sind immer gewissenhaft und gründlich. Man nimmt sich Zeit für Fragen und Sorgen; das ist nicht immer selbstverständlich. Auch kurze telefonische Arzttermine sind möglich, was ich als berufstätige Patientin sehr schätze. Die Praxis ist (bis auf das Wartezimmer) modern eingerichtet. Die Damen am Empfang sind alle ausnahmslos immer sehr nett. Die Erreichbarkeit per Telefon ist oft schwierig aber auf E-Mails wird sehr zeitnah geantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür. Einen Stern möchte ich allerdings für die oft sehr lange Wartezeit abziehen. Ich musste bislang fast immer eine Stunde in dem sehr ungemütlichen Wartezimmer verweilen, bis ich dran kam. Ich nehme es aber in Kauf, da mir die medizinische Betreuung bei Frau Dr. Novak dies Wert ist.
