We have taken their service twice in the past one year. We are pleasantly surprised with this travel house. The trips that they conduct are value for money. The buses are very comfortable ad the trips are well organised. On both the occasions we had a very good experience with driver. Sufficient details are provided about the trip and places. The trip from today to Lorelei was nice: new bus, good weather, on the river was also OK .The problem was at the end of trip. The bus driver sold some drinks at the begining of the day, some of the bottles having the "pfand". He required nothing while selling them, he said nothing at that moment . At the end of trip, he asked for the empty bottles in a nervous way, as the "pfand" costs 20 cents and he must have it back. This happened to the women sitting next to me and I find it not normal and totally impolite. Lucky me, I left my empty soda can inside the bus... didn't found it when returning in the bus.

The travel was very nice, we have been picked up and brought to the main bus depot and drove with a stagecoach. Staff was very friendly and all went as good as promised. The daytrip time, to explore the city from my daytrip, could have been a little bit longer but it was in general enough. The busses were clean and also have a nice minibar and a toilet built in. Sadly no WiFi but I prepared myself with some movies.
