I ordered „all the way“ cheeseburgers and I got MacDonald cheeseburgers… Everything was so dry and tasted really bad, the fries as well…. It’s my second experience here and both were the same. NOT RECOMMENDED

Gegessen haben wir regular Fries und ein BLT Sanwich. Pommes teuer aber lecker. BLT Sandwich leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Hier bekommt man einen Burger ohne patty, dafür einfach nur ne Menge trockenem und verkohltem bacon.

Zu teures Fast Food Restaurant! Das Essen war recht lecker, aber bei dem Preis vergeht einem der Appetit. In anderen Restaurants bekommt man für den Preis eine gemütliche Ambiente und vernünftiges Gericht. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass man Getränke, sowie Ketchup und Mayo kostenfrei nachholen kann.

I had a BACON BURGER 🍔🥓 and it was good. But this burger is far from being the best. It's fast food quality a little above average. AND IT'S TOO SMALL. The prices 💰 are way too high for what they provide. It's nice that you can choose what ingredients you want for your burger. The peanuts 🥜 are free (included) and it's a good thing because the burger is not enough. Staff is very friendly. I honestly don't know 🤔 if I would come back here, mostly because at this price point YOU CAN GET MUCH BETTER STUFF.

Wow and more wow.... Very Expensive I paid for a bacon burger with cheese and onions 11,95€ Chips cost extra !!! It was delicious I would definitely pay it again! Big compliment for the staff, they where all very friendly.

The staff were helpfull and willing to talk English. The food was good for a fastfood chain. But i that also comes with a price. Would say this is far better than a McDonald's. But also a bit more expensive. Free sauce and drinks. Would recommend if you want a quick meal.

The food is very good, just as you would expect it from a five guys. My favorite are the fries. The store has a nice ambiente and the bathroom hygiene is good. Usually my go to burger store

2 stars just for the guy who was kind enough to come and ask me if everything was alright because he made a mistake with the number of my order. I’m not the guy who complains about food on restaurants or so. Never in my life. But this was something else really. Way too much money for literally the same quality of mcdonalds and im really not exaggerating.

The people working were very helpful and the food tasted great. Sadly someone from my group and I got food poisoning from here since this was our meal of the day and I've been hugging a bucket since then. I know mistakes happen, but I don't think I've ever been this sick from food poisoning before.

This is not the regular Five Guys quality. Went twice to be sure and writing my comment after trying two times. Burger patty is way too dry, and it's enough to ruin the experience by itself. I'm a Five Guys admirer, to me they are #1, I tried in Paris, Los Angeles, Miami, and couple of other countries. This is the first time I couldn't finish a Five Guys burger. Fries are awesome as always, service is great, but nothing is important when you can't eat the burger.

The most delicious french fries and burgers that I've ever seen. Really big choice of drinks. Feels like an classical authentic American fast food restaurant back from 90's. The price is way too high but it is worth at least a try.

I would highly recommend going here and eating yourself into a semi food coma. I was over the moon when we found this gem in Köln, Germany. The last time my fiancé and I ate here was 3 year's ago in America. So you can imagine the happy dance I had in front of the store!

The prices are a little steeper but portions and free drink refills allow this… peanut oil in the frier is good (no seed oils, at least there, idk about sauces or buns) the burger was good but the meat could have used some seasoning

The meat is good, the bun has been collapsed for the type of service they do, becoming a bit a mellow. The need to add the toppings inside the hamburger is not so clear, as names of burger define what usually Is inside. Better then normal fast foods, but not the best, need to improve.

Der Milchshake war relativ lecker, aber stark überteuert. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber nicht den Preis wert, den es gekostet hat. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn auch oft durch starken Akzent kaum zu verstehen.

Good: • custom selection of free toppings for the burger • A lot of flavors for soft drinks • Free refill • Unlimited mayo and ketchup from a dispenser • real potato fries • A lot of extra fries in the bag • Good music selection (hip-hop, rock, rockabilly, pop) • Nice 90’s American burger joint aesthetics Not good: • meat is overcooked and dry (patties are too thin) • fries are limp • a lot of unnecessary waste -> even if you eat there everything comes packed in a paper bag, burgers wrapped in tinfoil • waaaaaaaaay too expensive: regular burger + regular fries + soft drink ≈ 18-22€ I’m sorry, but that’s worth a regular dinner at an actual restaurant including service. Definitely the biggest downer of five guys. verdict: Nice authentic american burger joint atmosphere. Quality of the ingredients is good, which ever so sadly is overshadowed by the bad execution and the astronomical prices. For me this was definitely my first and last visit.

Bestellung wurde zur Abwechslung mal heiß und schnell abgefertigt. Gegen Abend nimmt die Kundschaft stark zu, weshalb man hier mit verlängerter Wartezeit und nur warmen Burger rechnen muss. Jedoch mittags/nachmittags erwartet hier einen guter und schneller Service, so wie heiße Burger, und heiße Pommes.

The Staff working there are so good, the also speak English, food preparation time is fair, they provide enough sitting space inside and outside, you can enjoy a good view of a beautiful walking way through town while sitting and enjoying your delicious food... They have also different extra side dishes for free... If you wanna really enjoy a real Burger you will definitely need to try there:) The good point is that they also provide vegan Menu also...

Great burger joint. I used to live in the USA and this was one of my key places to eat a quick meal. 4 stars because both times I have been there they messed up my order. Otherwise, great!!

I went on a Saturday, it was totally packed, lots of people waiting. Clearly because of the amount of people, the wait was about 15 minutes, if you are starving at least you have the peanut to eat in the meantime. Despite the crowds the quality of the food did not drop and there was room to sit (it has two floors), also the bathroom was decent. Obviously the ambiance is not optimal if you mind being surrounded by a lot of people.

I understand Germans may not be used to this for street food/„fast food“, but this place DOES NOT begin cooking your food until you order. It will take about ten minutes to receive your food. It WILL be hot, it WILL be fresh, it WILL be delicious, the workers WILL be friendly. If you want or need a burger that’s been sitting on the rack for twenty minutes waiting for you, you can go to McDonalds. If you want a quality burger and fries, and can afford ten minutes of wait time, I’m telling you you won’t be disappointed if you come here. This is just like any other QUALITY Five Guys Restaurant that you would find in the US - and they are an American chain after all.

The burgers were fine but I think a bit to pricy. The fries were mushy. Staff was competly overwhelmed. I think it was not their fault. Management should add a pause to the cashiers instead of piling up guests at the serving counter.

One of the best Burgers and Fries Restaurants I have ever tested around the world. They always keep focus on the quality of foods and the health of the customer. I will recommend you to try at least once to know the difference between others.

It was ok, burger was cold. Fries too salty but the shake was good. The place looks amazing inside. But prices are super high for the taste.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is delivered in time and the place is neat & clean . Overall everything is great about this place. Kudos to you all.

Their milkshake is amazing. But the price cannot justify the quality of the burger and services. The fries were crunchy and great somehow over-seasoned but maybe it's American style.

Hello, We came to eat at Five Guys in Cologne (Five Guys Köln Schildergasse) on Saturday at 4:50 pm, and my payment of 37,80€ went through twice (the person at the cash register said that it was possible that the payment went through twice, but did not know how to check directly). People were friendly and everything OK, but it was the most expensive fast food ever ! 15 euros for a small hot dog, a small portion of French fries, and one coke. If you take a bigger portion, it will cost you more than 20 euros..

Food, it's Five Guys you get what you expect. Only chain who so far is consistent across the world. Though did not expect double burger patty while it's normally 1 here. Rest food is what you expect. . Toilet however, clearly understaffed. Pee and feces all over the wall. Clear traces of drug use in toilet. But it was a Saturday Night, lots of drunk parttgorerd. Good for the food. Bad for the bathroom
