Die
Leasingrückgabe
meines
KUGA
war
nicht
in
Ordnung.
Ich
fühle
mich
von
Ford
Geberzahn
und
der
Fordbank
betrogen.
Mein
Leasingvertrag
lief
am
08.08.2022
aus.
Ich
habe
mit
Ford
Geberzahn
einen
Rückgabetermin,
incl.
Gutachter,
für
den
03.08.2022
um
13:00
Uhr
vereinbart
und
für
den
Tag
vorher
den
Inspektionstermin.
Am
Abgabetag
habe
ich
den
KUGA
abgemeldet
und
meinen
Neuwagen
angemeldet.
Als
ich
beim
Autohaus
Geberzahn
den
KUGA
abgeben
wollte,
wusste
man
auf
einmal
nichts
mehr
von
dem
Termin
und
der
Sachverständige
war
auch
nicht
vor
Ort.
Der
Verkäufer
sprach
telefonisch
mit
dem
Sachverständigen,
der
erst
am
05.08.2022
das
Fahrzeug
begutachten
konnte.
Somit
konnte
ich
bei
diesem
Termin
nicht
dabei
sein,
da
ich
mein
neues
Auto
in
Bayern
abholen
musste.
Das
war
dem
Autohaus
bekannt.
Ich
habe
das
Auto
in
einem
tadellosen
Zustand
übergeben,
was
mir
auch
der
Verkäufer
schriftlich
bestätigte,
nachdem
er
sich
mit
mir
den
KUGA
ausgiebig
angeschaut
hat.
Bei
diesem
Termin
habe
ich
Fotos
habe
ich
gemacht.
Da
ich
den
KUGA
mit
einer
Minder-KM-Laufleistung
abgegeben
habe
erwartete
ich
von
der
Fordbank
noch
eine
Rückzahlung
von
300,00
€.
Nach
ca.
1
½
Wochen
habe
ich
nachgefragt
was
die
Besichtigung
des
Autos
ergeben
hat.
Ein
anderer
Verkäufer
teilte
mir
mit,
dass
der
Gutachter
einen
Schaden
bei
dem
KUGA
in
Höhe
von
ca.
1.200,00
€
festgestellt
hat.
Der
Sachverständige
hätte
Kratzer
und
Lackschäden
am
Stoßfänger
vorne
an
der
Beifahrerseite
festgestellt.
Der
Verkäufer
sagte
mir
großzügig,
dass
er
sich
mit
dem
Chef
unterhalten
hat
und
ich
bräuchte
den
Schaden
nicht
zu
bezahlen.
Ich
bräuchte
nur
das
Übergabeprotokoll
zu
unterzeichnen.
Auf
meine
Frage
nach
den
300,00
€
für
die
Minder-KM-Laufleistung
sagte
er,
dass
ich
diese
nicht
bekommen
würde,
denn
dafür
brauche
ich
den
Schäden
nicht
zu
bezahlen.
Wenn
ich
nicht
unterschreibe,
würde
ein
neues
Gutachten
erstellt,
wovon
ich
die
Hälfte
der
Kosten
bezahlen
müsse.
Hier
fühlte
ich
mich
schon
unter
Druck
gesetzt.
Ich
habe
dann
unterschrieben.
Was
mich
wunderte,
dass
ich
kein
Gutachten
mit
Fotos
von
den
Schäden
zu
Gesicht
bekommen
habe,
welches
ich
dann
aber
angefordert
habe.
Dieses
wurde
mir
per
Mail
zugeschickt,
allerdings
ohne
Fotos,
was
ungewöhnlich
ist.
Die
Gutachterfotos
habe
ich
ebenfalls
nochmal
angefordert
und
auf
Nachfragen
wurde
mir
das
gesamte
Gutachten
mit
Fotos
ca.
2
Wochen
später
zugesendet.
Auf
den
Fotos
war
nichts
von
den
angeblichen
Kratzern
und
Lackschäden
zu
sehen,
was
sich
mit
meinen
Fotos
deckte,
sondern
nur
Spiegelungen.
Auf
Grund
der
Negativbewertung
bei
der
Fordbank
meldete
sich
diese,
unternahm
aber
nichts.
Wenn
man
in
Betracht
zieht,
dass
die
Batterie
des
KUGA´s
nach
2
3/4
Jahren
kaputt
ging,
mir
Ford
keine
Kulanz
gewährte,
mir
aber
das
Autohaus
kulanter
Weise
die
Hälfte
des
Schadens
erlies
und
man
dies
mit
den
300,00
€
für
die
Minder-KM-Laufleistung
in
Verbindung
setzt….
ein
Schelm
der
Böses
dabei
denkt.
Alles
in
allem
-
ich
werde
bei
Ford
bzw.
Autohaus
Geberzahn
kein
Auto
mehr
kaufen
und
ich
kann
dieses
Autohaus
erst
recht
nicht
weiterempfehlen.

The
leasing
return
of
my
KUGA
was
not
in
order.
I
feel
betrayed
by
Ford
Geberzahn
and
Fordbank.
My
lease
expired
on
August
8th,
2022.
I
have
agreed
a
return
date,
including
an
expert,
with
Ford
Geberzahn
for
August
3rd,
2022
at
1:00
p.m.
and
the
inspection
date
for
the
day
before.
On
the
day
of
delivery,
I
deregistered
the
KUGA
and
registered
my
new
car.
When
I
wanted
to
give
the
KUGA
to
the
Geberzahn
car
dealership,
they
suddenly
didn't
know
anything
about
the
appointment
and
the
expert
wasn't
there
either.
The
seller
spoke
to
the
expert
by
phone,
who
was
only
able
to
inspect
the
vehicle
on
August
5th,
2022.
So
I
couldn't
be
there
at
this
appointment
because
I
had
to
pick
up
my
new
car
in
Bavaria.
The
dealership
knew
that.
I
handed
over
the
car
in
perfect
condition,
which
the
seller
confirmed
in
writing
after
he
had
looked
at
the
KUGA
extensively
with
me.
At
this
appointment
I
took
photos.
Since
I
handed
in
the
KUGA
with
less
mileage,
I
expected
a
repayment
of
€300.00
from
the
Fordbank.
After
about
1
½
weeks
I
asked
what
the
inspection
of
the
car
had
revealed.
Another
seller
informed
me
that
the
appraiser
reported
damage
to
the
KUGA
of
around
€1,200.00
Has
been
established.
The
expert
found
scratches
and
damage
to
the
paintwork
on
the
front
bumper
on
the
passenger
side.
The
seller
generously
told
me
that
he
spoke
to
the
boss
and
that
I
did
not
have
to
pay
for
the
damage.
I
just
need
to
sign
the
handover
protocol.
When
I
asked
about
the
€300.00
for
the
less
than
mileage,
he
said
that
I
wouldn't
get
it
because
I
don't
have
to
pay
for
the
damage.
If
I
don't
sign,
a
new
report
would
be
drawn
up,
of
which
I
would
have
to
pay
half
the
cost.
I
felt
under
pressure
here.
I
then
signed.
What
surprised
me
was
that
I
didn't
see
a
report
with
photos
of
the
damage,
which
I
then
requested.
This
was
sent
to
me
by
email,
but
without
photos,
which
is
unusual.
I
also
requested
the
appraisal
photos
again
and
when
I
asked,
the
entire
appraisal
with
photos
was
sent
to
me
about
2
weeks
later.
The
photos
didn't
show
any
of
the
alleged
scratches
and
paintwork
damage,
which
matched
my
photos,
just
reflections.
Due
to
the
negative
rating
at
Fordbank,
they
contacted
us,
but
did
nothing.
If
you
consider
that
the
KUGA's
battery
broke
after
2
3/4
years,
Ford
did
not
grant
me
any
goodwill,
but
the
car
dealership
graciously
waived
half
the
damage
and
you
did
this
with
the
€300.00
for
the
Reduced
KM
mileage
connects
....
A
rogue
who
thinks
evil.
All
in
all
-
I
will
not
buy
a
car
from
Ford
or
Autohaus
Geberzahn
again
and
I
certainly
cannot
recommend
this
car
dealership.
