Not the best customer experience . Most of the sales professionals are usually very busy and it's hard to get their attention . Sales personals do not reply to Emails . Overall customer experience at this Mercedes store was not good .

Rude and unprofessional. Came to spend €35000 and used car person made me wait almost an hour and when came back completely was not interested in selling the car because the car is going out of eu and it was not possible according to him. Just made up all the excuses.

I buy a car 5 days before.i call about this car 3 times and I asked if the car is available.they told me I call.you back and never call me.i make 200+ km to go there and I asked there for the car to Mr.Rafael Flack.this man was smoke again and again.i asked him about the car and he told me I must go inside alone to look for the car and if I find it I must come back to told him.i find the car and I told him and then told me I must waiting 2 weeks to check my papers and continue to smoke again and again.i asked him if he want to sell the car and send me doesn't matter... I go to the other seller Mr.Mathis Grabinski.He is a professional seller.he want really to work for your company. I come to you to buy 2 cars and I want to leave but Mr.Mathias makes me to buy one.i give you 40k euros for my car and you loose 30k for my wife's car.

Just like a few other reviews around here, called a day before to make sure the car is available, then drove for half a day to get there... only to be told the car was sold. The salesman tried to be nice and all (reason for the 2 stars) but this is unprofessional for a mercedes dealer. Not acceptable!

worst salesman ever. We came all the way from Belgium with a lot of interests in a car. We entered the wrong entrance and were guided by a friendly staff member to the sales person who could help us further (the person who guided us deserves 5 stars), but the salesman himself had 0% interest on helping us, he guided us to the car. I asked the keys to start the car for a moment, he did that to his taste and after 30 seconds he walked away. We looked at the car for exactly 2 minutes and left because we no longer wanted to talk to the unprofessional seller, drove on to the next destination and bought a car there. PS, Pretty sure if the seller was friendly and would help us we would buy the car from you..
