Im
Großen
und
Ganzen
bin
ich
zufrieden!
Jedoch
sollte
man
die
Käufer
vor
Lieferung
auf
die
Ausmaße
der
Möbel
hinweisen
und
nicht
nur
das
Geschoss
abfragen.
Mir
wurde
ein
Sofa
geliefert,
durch
ein
Subunternehmen.
Eins
von
insgesamt
3
Teilen
hatte
ein
Maß
von
2,40m.
Dieses
musste
dann
ins
1.
Geschoss
durch
einen
engen
und
niedrigen
Hausflur
transportiert
werden,
zum
Nachteil
der
Transporteure,
die
jedoch
absolut
professionelle
Arbeit
getan
haben.
Diese
beschwerten
sich
aber
zurecht
über
Multipolster,
da
die
Verkäufer
die
Käufer
über
mögliche
Schwierigkeiten
nicht
informieren.
Auch
bekam
ich
den
Hinweis,
dass
wenn
das
Möbelstück
nicht
"geliefert"
wird,
da
es
schlicht
weg
nicht
durch
die
Türen
oder
Flure
passt,
kein
Anspruch
auf
Rückgabe
möglich
ist,
da
es
in
dem
Kleingedruckten
der
Multipolster-Verträge
steht,
man
solle
sich
vorab
über
den
Lieferumfang
und
den
Platz
schlau
machen.
Bei
großen
Möbelstücken
sehe
ich
die
Verkäufer
in
der
Pflicht
dieses
den
Käufern
vorab
mitzuteilen
ohne
dass
diese
erstmal
das
Kleingedruckte
in
den
Verträgen
lesen
müssen!

Overall
I
am
satisfied!
However,
buyers
should
be
informed
of
the
dimensions
of
the
furniture
before
delivery
and
not
just
ask
about
the
floor.
A
sofa
was
delivered
to
me
by
a
subcontractor.
One
of
a
total
of
3
parts
measured
2.40
m.
This
then
had
to
be
transported
to
the
1st
floor
through
a
narrow
and
low
hallway,
to
the
detriment
of
the
transporters,
who,
however,
did
an
absolutely
professional
job.
However,
they
rightly
complained
about
multi-upholstery,
since
the
sellers
did
not
inform
the
buyers
about
possible
difficulties.
I
was
also
informed
that
if
the
piece
of
furniture
is
not
"delivered"
because
it
simply
does
not
fit
through
the
doors
or
hallways,
there
is
no
right
to
a
return,
since
the
small
print
of
the
multi-upholstery
contracts
says
that
you
should
inquire
in
advance
find
out
about
the
scope
of
delivery
and
the
space.
In
the
case
of
large
pieces
of
furniture,
I
see
the
seller
as
having
a
duty
to
inform
the
buyer
of
this
in
advance,
without
them
having
to
read
the
small
print
in
the
contracts
first!
