My
first
order
was
placed
in
December
2022.
The
fish
arrived
at
the
expected
time,
and
was
very
well
packaged
in
a
styrofoam
box
with
heating
pad,
but
unfortunately,
died
during
transport
due
to
extremely
cold
weather
(-11
to
-16).
I
contacted
Jan,
and
he
agreed
with
no
argument
to
replace
the
fish
at
a
later
date
in
spring,
when
the
weather
improved.
In
March,
I
contacted
Jan
to
go
ahead
with
the
agreed
replacement,
which
he
arranged
free
of
any
charges.
When
I
received
my
tracking
I
noticed
the
wrong
address
had
been
entered,
however
that
was
quickly
fixed
after
I
notified
Jan
of
the
issue.
The
fish
arrived
on
time,
well
packaged
and
thankfully,
alive
the
next
day.
The
fish
was
in
great
condition
after
shipping
and
is
healthy,
lively
and
beautiful.
My
only
comment
would
be
that
the
replacement
fish
is
unfortunately
not
as
close
to
the
reference
photo
as
the
original
fish
I
received,
and
is
missing
some
of
the
characteristics
I
had
hoped
for.
This
is
of
course
a
risk
with
any
fish
you
order
without
seeing
-
however
after
the
first
fish
had
been
so
close
to
the
reference
it
was
a
bit
of
a
disappointment.
Overall
I
would
say
although
I
found
the
service
and
communication
is
a
bit
chaotic,
I
was
happy
with
how
the
issues
were
handled,
and
I
am
happy
to
have
a
high
quality,
beautiful
and
healthy
Betta
in
my
tank.
I
would
only
recommend
checking
the
weather
report
ahead
of
time
before
ordering
to
avoid
problems.
