I recently dined at ORO: Culinary Food & Cocktails, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The menu featured a diverse range of carefully crafted dishes, and the presentation was nothing short of stunning. The service was attentive and professional without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was refined and relaxed. While the price point may be higher than some other dining options, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it well worth it. I highly recommend ORO for anyone looking for a memorable and exquisite fine dining experience.

ORO is a good place for dinning and specially if one has give more importance to aesthetic atmosphere and appearance. Nice place... Liquor is served here, beer is not available as per their menu. Rates are little high and specially when we compared it with the size/quantity of food served per plate. Furnitures in outside dinning area are not comfortable as tea table are used instead of dinner table. The hight of tables are less than chairs, so when ever you eat anything you have to bend which causes pressure on your belly. Inside restaurant is good. Service is good. Staff are polite. Tasty food served. Overall a must go place.

Amazing ambiance and food. ‘Must visit’ dine in place in Bilaspur. Just go for it.

They have both indoor and outdoor seating and you can sit on your preferences. The outdoors have a very nice vibe to it, the sound of water running and wind gushing with Greenery. Indoors have a fine dining vibe with calming music. Waiters are well mannered Food is not out of expectations. I'd rate it in the scale of avg to better than avg. Considering the looks and ambiance of the place and price of the dishes, i definitely expected more.

We had worst experience today and our evening was totally spoiled. Here are some cons and pros based on my experience: Pros Ambiance is good (highly not recommended for summer) Cons Poor service and management Overpriced Less quantity comparative to other restaurants anywhere in India/Abroad Food quality was horrible. I have also found one plastic on my food and when I raised complain to the manager about the food quality and taste, he just ignored our concern and at the time of billing, they gave discount of Rs 168 (10% of total bill amount) where the cost of those dishes were Rs 678. Since I have taken pics of one of the dishes so sharing them here. Handi Paneer Briyani – first of all this wasn’t a biriyani. They had just fried rice with some masalas and served us with watery curd and tasteless gravy (Image is attached) Staffs are not at all professionals and don’t even know how to serve food I would never recommend this place to anybody. You can visit this place if you only want to spoil your mood and waste money for tasteless food

The place is good, beautiful ambience, well behaved staffs, food tastes good. I love the decor. There is nice big parking area.

The ambience was undoubtedly a highlight, providing a perfect setting to relax, especially in good weather. However, my experience with the food left much to be desired. Starting with the Baked Nachos, I was disappointed to find that they didn't live up to their name. Instead of being baked, they resembled ordinary nacho chips overloaded with spices that made them excessively salty. The absence of salsa on the side was noticeable, and the cheese felt overly runny, not resembling the texture I'd expect from baked nachos. To compare, baked (nachos) achieves a golden crust while maintaining a gooey interior. Next, the Veg. Noodles arrived initially lacking the vegetables. After expressing our concern, the situation was rectified, but it was disheartening to encounter such an oversight. The Veg. Jalfrezi was perhaps the most disappointing part of the meal. It bore little resemblance to authentic jalfrezi, instead tasting like a regular vegetable masala. While the taste was passable, it fell short of expectations for a genuine jalfrezi experience. The Naan was initially served cold, the issue was resolved after it was brought to their attention. The Biryani was satisfactory but didn't particularly stand out. As for dessert, I ordered Gulab Jamun with ice cream. Unfortunately, the Gulab Jamun appeared to be quite old, with evident signs of sugar crystallization on its outer layer due to extended syrup soaking. The microwave treatment it received didn't help the situation. In conclusion, while the ambience and atmosphere were impressive and inviting, the food quality and execution left a lot to be desired. The mishaps with the dishes, especially the misrepresented Baked Nachos, lackluster Veg. Jalfrezi, and subpar dessert, were disappointing aspects of an otherwise pleasant visit. I hope my feedback helps in improving the overall dining experience at the restaurant.

The ambience is the only good thing here. The food was excessive salty, even after complaining twice, the next order was loaded with salt. They said it’s “spicy” not “salty”, even after multiple tables complaining about the same. They keep the food very salty.
