Its been few months ago I found Shankara Eye Hospital option of Kanpur nearest to Delhi NCR. I wrote online enquiry and was surprised to get all information and support call from Hospital Team. Mr. Vishwajeet the main Online support head really made it all so simple and caring to this unknown place in North India for a South Indian person to visit for Eye check overall. Special thanks to Mr.Vishwajeet whom I got introduced via Google Maps direction help and online support. And Doctors here were so kind and caring to fill assured and carefree throughout all Eye tests I wanted at Shankara Eye Org because of its trusted name and team for several decades in South to begin. I really appreciate all staff and honourable doctors all kind help and co-operation. Only for outsiders like me it was tough to reach Kanpur Hospital location with limited Public transportation and new place to stay overnight away from Hospital location but at Hospital premises all so well managed and systematically for 100s of patients coming from humble background to get Eye operations done is commendable. My experience with this hospital is terrible. The reception and other staff members are extremely rude. This I am saying after around one year experience. Doctors are good but the management system is worst. They do not support a patient at all.Customer support system is verry verry poor.Even they return the patient if they are a bit late.online appointment system does not work.The number they have given on website for booking an appointment is constantly saying out of sevice.I havent seen this level of mismanagement in any hospital.

The hospital is not what it used to be. The nurses at the nursing counter, the staff at the cash counter pay more attention to their mobile phones than the patients. I saw many patients struggling to get basic information like where to go next, is my turn up etc. The nurses won't respond unless you repeat yourself 10 times and beg. The system that they use was went unresponsive a few times during this visit. They charge you to get a report of your visit. How absurd is that? We pay for the consultation and we want a report, there is additional charge.

Akansha sinha is a very rude doctor. They must be taught how to speak to patients. She will do moral policing if you are late. She will fight with you for 7 mins, will listen to your query in 2mins and will suggest another hospital to visit. Bad experience visiting this hospital. The ego and disrespectful attitude will bring down the name of the the charitable organization that she is part of.

Very dangerous hospital no any responsibility taken from doctor. My mother eye damage after surgery here. I trapped in their trap and loss money and my mother eye. Don't go there no experience Dr there for ratina surgery. They are only making money.

Today I have come for the first time, my experience was very good, Sankara eye hospital is very good, the sister of the nursing counter is very helpful, the doctor is very polite, everything is very good, someone has to pay special attention to the eyes, you must see him here.
