I walked in to set up an appointment and I was surprised I could get a cleaning and x-rays. Next day I had work on my teeth, it was fast and correctly done. Very professionally done, and the communication with me was excellent. I also appreciated the front office they worked their magic with my insurance plan. Very clean and pleasant office! Everyone is so friendly! They really care about you as a person. When I first started going to this office I talked to both the doctor and hygienists about my concerns. I had a ton of dental anxiety! They worked with me on finding options I was comfortable with!

I had what I considered an emergency. I was in extreme pain and my own dentist was completely booked but got me an appointment at New Concepts Dental. They were extremely professional and caring. I left much better than when I went in. I’m extremely happy with this business.

This dentist is the best dentist I’ve ever been too! All the doctors, hygienist, receptionists, and assistants are all so wonderful, and have passion with what they do! They make you feel comfortable, and make sure you understand what is going on during the procedure. They treat their patients with respect and care, only wanting the best for their patients. Evaluation of future root canal and two crowns. Desk is knowledgeable and courteous. Dentists and assistants are excellent and have great “chair side manners”. Costs are high but that’s the nature of dentistry.
