I use to love pizza hut and would make it my go to for last minute dinner, but customer service gets worse with each visit. Quality of food has gone down hill and when I called to tell them they place the wrong sauce on my chicken wings the boy said... "It's right you don't know what it should tase like." I hung up and haven't ordered since. I either get hand tossed or pan pizza and it has been super thin the last few times.

So I called to order a big dinner box, it’s acceptable they where out I get it. However could have asked if I wanted anything else. Instead of just saying no you can’t. We are out and then hang up. Even the guys tone was like he could not be bothered. If this is how you treat people, you guys must not want money or business.

I and my mom had lunch at this restaurant. We have been reconnecting again and had a terrific meal there for once. Even though there wasn't any employees to wait on us and we had to clean up after ourselves. We had a great time. My personal pizza was very good 👍 and the manager was hospitable. I recommend it to my Friends

John was really short and annoyed on the phone. My elderly grandma was trying to tell me what she wanted on her gf pizza and he yelled saying only one person could talk. Of course I understand that and did not want to frazzle him but my grandmother being yelled at is unnecessary. I spent the rest of the phone call with him being absolutely annoyed. Y’all need a staff who isn’t that short fused.

The pizza sauce was really salty and the pizza itself was a little dry with very little toppings, they've definitely changed their pizza recipe not as high of quality as it used to be. The service was alright and our pizza came out quicker than I was expecting. We ordered a large pizza and it was cut into 8 slices not 10. Probably won't order here again, for the price your paying and the quality your receiving your better off going somewhere else.

Quiet, food came out quick, kid that helped us was friendly

We ordered two personal pan pizzas. They were cooked to perfection and tasted great. The service was excellent. The establishment was spotlessly clean. We will eat here again.

The food is good. Very quick and hot. Employees are friendly. Will definitely be back.
