Great location to the hospitals. Rooms have always been clean but a little dated. Service is out standing. Our TV wasn't working upon check-in. We had a new TV and remote inside of an hour.

Nice clean rooms. Good beds. Located next to billings clinic so super convenient. Will stay here for all my future appointments

Jess and her crew were simply amazing. We were displaced after the flood in Red Lodge and my husband had a stroke and they got me in! I can't thank them enough!

I was in the hotel for three nights and I have a positive opinion. The first price corresponds to the quality. The breakfast is varied. Loved the cheese omelet. Great coffee and of course waffles. My hotel room with two queen beds (I was alone, but there was no other room when I booked) very comfortable, with big pillows and clean linens. The hotel room was clean and tidy, I liked it. The front desk was responsive and helped with some of the nuances. The only thing I didn't like was the view from the window of my hotel room, but I came for a different reason, not to look out the window, but I'll leave it as a note.

What a great place to stay in Billings, especially if you are there for medical. The rooms were very clean and bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and so accommodating. They were great to work with and happily changed our reservations due to changes in our surgical needs. Would highly recommend staying here!

It's one of the best places stay in Billings Montana it's clean it's easy to get in and out of and the people that work that are very nice I would highly recommend that motel to anybody it's nice to walk into a clean room and everything is nice and clean

Great place to stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, pillows were very squishy and comfy , so comfortable I almost took one but I held myself back lol. I Highly Recommend staying here.😁

The beds were too soft for my liking, pillows went flat right away and the rooms weren't very spacious. The bathroom wasn't very friendly for fluffy people. The breakfast was nice- many options and they had biscuits and gravy (win for me.) They only had 4 tables for breakfast, but it wasn't a busy morning so it worked out okay.

I have to be in Billings every 6 months for medical care. I ALWAYS stay at Riversage Inn. It's always clean, well run with courteous staff always willing to go the extra mile for a guest. I greatly appreciate the trouble they go to that assures me a safe, comfortable stay.

The staff here was very friendly and flexible with my stay since I was visiting someone at the hospital across the street. Would recommend to others for sure.

Agree with everyone else. The Riversage is terrific. Safe, comfortable, and a WONDERFUL crew of people. Special shout out to Bethany for going above and beyond to get me a photo of the type of pillows they have so that I could order one as a Christmas gift!

At first glance the rooms seemed nice and friendly reception. Then when we got in bed found makeup on our sheets and other stains as though they hadn’t been changed. It was too late and we were too tired so we just slept in our PJ’s in the fitted stained sheet with towels over them. We also found hairs in the shower. The next morning when we asked for extra towels the house keeper seemed put off and rude about it. Idk it started off decent and ended poorly we won’t return. Breakfast was terrible to boot.

Stayed for the night of April 7, 2023. We had no problems with our stay either with services or facility. As a matter of fact room was well appointed and staff were helpful. Manager Jess came to our room to fix WIFI issue which was nice of her. My only problem was room rate. I paid $175.00 Canadian dollars which I believe is way too much for this property. I blame myself only for not investigating more. I booked through Expedia but they failed me as well. Very small lobby with very basic breakfast (which we didn’t eat) smell of medicines in lobby and exterior looks like an apartment building. These are the reasons I believe I paid too much. When I was waiting for check in, agent was offering rate of $98.00 to person in front of me. Which is way lower even when converting into Canadian dollars. Will double and triple check for rates in future

Great place to stay if you need overnight accommodations while at the Billings Clinic. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Room was clean.

The staff was helpful and pleasant when we checked in. The rooms were clean. The location was good, we needed a place close to the hospital.

We have had family stay there while having hospital appts. They have always felt safe being there. We have only heard good comments from our family and when we go visit them there, it is a good experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by how inviting this hotel was at the price point. Considerate guests. Tidy accommodations. Quiet community/location. It was a nice stay.

The front desk staff is excellent, friendly and helpful! We came to this hotel after checking out of another Billings hotel that was a complete nightmare..and this place did not disappoint us... Very clean, quiet and excellent breakfast in the mornings... We will stay at the Riversage from now on...you won't find a better hotel in Billings!

We csme to Billings for a baseball tournament and this hotel was in a Great, quiet neighborhood by medical Facilities. Clean and friendly staff. They have pet friendly rooms that were nice and clean. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

5 Stars are too little. Had an amazing stay here. The hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable, room was clean, and the staff was accommodating. Especially the gentleman who works at the front desk. He was able to get me checked in early and it was much appreciated. (Give him a raise!) If I am ever back in billings I will stay here again. Thank you for the amazing stay.
