Pleasant, efficient service at the front desk. Inviting lobby with a beautiful water feature. Delicious breakfast. Clean, comfortable room... where everything worked as it should. Next visit to Billings we'll be back.

Customer service is fantastic and quick to help with anything including turning your TV on. Blue haired lady saved the day. She is super sweet. Took less than 5 minuutes to check in. Great place to stay Very clean and comfortable beds. Wish I knew what mattresses they were. I would buy myself one. Protective noiseless covers over mattresses for bed bug protection Great hot breakfast. Beautiful lobby with a fish pond. Highly recommend!

So disappointed. I booked here for a week while my partner is having brain surgery SPECIFICALLY for the hot tubs. Turns out they are currently down. What kind of an idiot manager services every hot tub on the same day when the hot tubs are the ONLY reason people stay here? Stupid.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable, and had a really deep tub, which was amazing after a long drive. Definitely bring a swimsuit if you stay here - they have hot tubs around a gorgeous water feature, plus a nice pool. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in Billings again.

My husband likes this hotel and asked me to get a room here for him. I called and reserved a room for him. I wrote a one star review two years ago. The staff told him he was flagged for writing a bad review and wouldn't give him a room. I wrote the review, not him but he was punished for it. Bottom line, this place can hold a grudge. I had hoped to give this place another chance.

It’s a good thing I called to check because this is not a pet friendly hotel as stated on google. Unfortunately I will not be able to review this location but it seemed like a pleasant hotel. The lady who answered the phone was polite. I would recommend you try it out if you do not have pets accompanying you on your trip.

C'mon Inn Hotel was an absolute delightful place to stay while we were on holiday. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, the time there was a grand experience. Our room was quiet and spacious. The towels were soft as well as the bedding. The staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was a nice touch and welcoming. I will happily stay here on my return trip. Great experience for the price. Keep up the good work!

I loved my stay and so did my daughter. Everything was amazing including breakfast. I would love to see some improvement in the attitudes of the employees thought :)

Despite what Google says here, pets ARE NOT ALLOWED. It comes up as second hotel on list when you search for pet friendly hotels and in the “about” section also says pets allowed. It’s not the hotels fault, they’ve attempted several times to get google to correct without success. Fortunately for us the resin behind the counter was sympathetic to our plight (not the first time they’ve had to deal with) and found a way to accommodate us. They didn’t need to do that. Probably helped that I was honest with them and didn’t argue at all. Gave us a back corner room and it all worked out. Room was clean and great as was the rest of the hotel.

Its okay. The water feature in the middle of the main hall is pretty cool but thats about it. The times Ive been there, the rooms have been liveable but grimy. This last time I was there, the remote control for the TV was covered in grease and other nastiness, there were stains on the outer blanket of the bed and the bathroom was quite literally falling apart - caulking around the tub was coming up in long ribbons, wall paper peeling back, vent fan was non-op. The coffee machine was scaled and visible dirty. The time before that, the window didnt actually seal all the way so I had to listen to the noises of the train much louder than expected, people walking and talking right outside my room and couldnt escape the cold night air. Granted, I could have gone up and asked for a new room but - The staff dont seem to care about you at all. I get it - it's the service industry, and they're probably a little burned out from all the rude and entitled people that come in. No argument here - Ive been there, and I promise I get it. But after two experiences of curt, aloof and uncaring people at the desk who dont look at you when they talk to you, cut you off when youre talking and generally behave like you are an inconvienience to them, I dont really think that type of behavior is as anomalous as I had first thought. I know your job is frustrating at times, and rightfully so, but dont take it out on people who are being pleasant with you. The breakfast is awful. Most of the food is either stale or overcooked, and the variety is so limited that its not worth trying. Lots of sugary, ultra processed stuff. Peak hotel food. The coffee was good, but that was about it. I really wanted to like this place - when I first came here I was drawn to the water feature because I really like watching water and being near streams, rivers and waterfalls in nature but everything else I mentioned just ruined it for me. Wont be coming back. Save your money and time for another hotel until they clean this one up and get some folks to work there who can give the bare minimum without sounding perpetually offended.

We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for the past ten years and it’s always been welcoming, clean and cozy with friendly staff at a fair price. We’re Wyndham property owners and there are several Wyndham properties in Billings to choose from but we always stay at the Cmon Inn when in Billings because it’s that great. Nice ambiance and breakfast. You can tell the kind of clientele they have there knows it too and appreciates good service all around. Job well done to the owner, manager and staff.

Stayed here this summer. Rooms were pretty standard but clean. The one I stayed in had two doors - one from the normal hallway entrance and another to enter the building's center atrium. Pretty cool feature. The center atrium is a very nice touch filled with all sorts of giant plants! You feel like you're in a zoo or garden. Definitely recommend the C'mon Inn Hotel to anyone else needing a nice place to stay.

Really liked the layout and theme but couldn't shake the dead mall vibes. One of the hot tubs (the one next to the pool) was cold. The baby pool (such an awesome idea) has scum growing around it. I think instead of scrubbing the tiles they may have just added more chlorine to the pools as my skin was terribly dry after swimming. The windows in the pool room needed washing...I could keep going.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a few weeks and I was well taken care of. Juanita was so kind and accommodating for the length of my stay. All of the front desk ladies were wonderful, shyler in particular had great customer service and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place! Welcoming staff, comfortable beds, and well worth the price!

Love the downtown area. Day we got here the pipes burst, no hot water for shower first two days, cold showers in the winter are no fun lol. This hotel has great vibes, the waterfalls make it peaceful in the evening. The hotel is getting older and the atrium area could definitely get a cleaning going. Trees, pictures, rails , lights. Etc. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Front desk girl in the morning is rude and very unprofessional. Someone needs to give her a course on customer service. As I was standing there, the night clerk was complaining that she is always late, at this time it was 7:20 am and her shift according to him starts at 7. When she arrived she was rude and acting like we were bothering her because we needed a receipt. If I owned this hotel, she would be fired. The hotel itself was dirty, very noisy at night with people drinking and partying, with staff that doesn’t seem to care. This place needs new management. I will never stay here again.

This Inn doesn’t look like much from the outside but once inside you are transformed in this beautiful wilderness. This place is perfect for families they have 5 hot tubs, pool arcade and Koi pond, they have very nice tables and chairs sitting everywhere. There is a Dennys in the parking lot so you can walk for lunch or supper. Breakfast was very good and hot it consisted of Eggs, sausage, waffles, French toast, yogurt and fruit cups. This was a spur of the moment stay and the front desk girl Shay was so sweet and the manager I assume he was but didn’t get his name was too. We have nothing bad to say about this place everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely come back for what you get the price was perfect… Wendy Burleson Texas

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. On top of the magnificent atrium with a koi pond, and 5 hot tubs, as well as a heated pool, the room was very clean and very comfortable. Overall a great hotel with very friendly staff.

Rooms are nice and with a digital thermostat in the room to control the temp. Bathroom had decent sized tub. All fixtures and amenities in the room looked brand new. Only negative thing was the smoke detector wouldn't stop beeping after taking a long shower with the door open. The steam set the alarm off and it wouldn't turn off. There's a 2ft pool for little kids, 4ft pool, a massaging hot tub, and 4 semi private hot tubs. The complimentary breakfast bar had everything I expected and the food was decent. The staff is very friendly but that might be the general vibe the ppl in Billings all seem to have. Probably the nicest place I've stayed at that didn't cost $400/ night and frankly, this hotel could hold its own against most of those places too.

Fun place for a more unique kind of stay! The rooms were nice, especially enjoyed the private balcony. The in-room jacuzzi was nice. Even though the 5 hot tubs weren’t “private” we didn’t have any trouble getting our own and never saw them very busy. The wine style mini fridge was a nice touch and breakfast was surprisingly great!!

Great place. Be advised that "quiet hours" do not start until 11 and the lobby contains multiple hot tubs sometimes filled with exuberant (loud) folks. Our room was as far as possible from the lobby, yet the exuberance kept my wife from sleeping until well after 11 despite calling the desk. If that fits what you want/need, it's a very nice hotel. Convenient, good beds, nice furnishings, clean, good breakfast. Being able to have breakfast in the lobby with the indoor waterfall was nice. Having people at breakfast in their bath/pool robes or swim trunks was different. There are rooms that have sliding glass doors that open out into the lobby on both the ground and second floor. The ground floor rooms provide extremely convenient access to the hot tubs and pool.
