Came into town for a quick weekend trip. The smell is amazing as soon as you enter. We didn't come for gambling but did do a little next door. We didn't realize (or care for that matter) that this location didn't have a casino. It does have an awesome game area for kids. We peeked at the outdoor pool, which was closed for the season,it looked really cool. Definitely will come back as a family trip during the warmer months. The service was amazing everyone was very friendly!

This is a wonderful place for a family vacation. Our room was very clean, the staff were so friendly, and the drinks were delicious! The arcade was really cool and the pool was amazing! There's something for everyone in the family at this place. It was also nice having a balcony to sit on overlooking the water and watching the dolphins catch fish in the marina; not something you get to see everyday! I'm definitely looking forward to going back.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful trip here recently! The restaurants were awesome and had karaoke and live music. The arcade was phenomenal! We had so much fun! I'd love to go again one day! There us an amusement park next to the resort that was so fun! There was a cool relaxing area with live music outside. Everything was beautiful all lit up at night! Magical experience!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The resort is perfect for families with kids. The hamburgers were great. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower. I dislike it when there is mold in the shower. A simple bleach and water spray once a week would take care of it or even peroxide spritz would take care of it if allergies are a concern. Other than that I would recommend it.

Man, was this an experience! Over all, I'm going to rate the place 10/10 I did have an issue with a certain individuals rudeness but he was an employee at the pizza place inside the arcade. The arcade it self, was outstanding. Busy as can be when I went, but still plenty of room to move around and do stuff with the kids, the line for to cash in tickets was a little long, but had no issue on getting in and out, they were on top Of their game! Great experience, thanks again!

This is a great place to stay. Very good restaurants on property, beautiful views and very nice rooms. There are 3 casinos within easy walking distance. The staff at this property was amazing! Every person I spoke with while staying here was extremely nice and helpful. The party deck was a blast! Pretty much everything you want is on the property.

Beautiful views. So many fun things to do from the arcade to paradise pier. People are nice and its a laid back vibe. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable but no microwave in the room. Overall a very relaxing getaway!

2 cousins and I spent the weekend here for a girls' getaway. We had a blast! The resort has lots to offer, especially for kids. Rooms somewhat smaller than what I would prefer, but there were no issues, whatsoever. Not a big deal, at all! We ate breakfast, one morning, at the restaurant in the resort and it was good! We loved the mini amusement park. Free parking a big plus. Will definitely go back!

This is a 1 Star resort, in my opinion. The garage had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, because the people, who worked their, were constantly smoking. The man, who greeted us, in the parking lot, reeked, and tried to stick his head, in our car. The front desk personnel were, not professional, nor friendly. The coast had a “ boil water,” issue, and they just gave us 4 bottles of water. The only reason, we found out is because the other clerk, mentioned the issue. We checked out the next day. The room is bland, and the garbage can is literally 6 inches tall. I knew it wouldn’t be fancy, but Holiday Inn is even better! Only for people with kids, and those who like no frills. I mean none! Stop those employees from constantly smoking in the garage!

Great experience all around. Getting around is a bit confusing if it's your first time here but you'll get the hang of it! Staff is super helpful & friendly. Rooms are immaculate, cold, & spacious! The restaurants inside are all wonderful. The arcade is super cool (even for adults) water park tickets are included with your nightly rates!! Highly recommend booking in advance as rooms are much cheaper that way!! Covered parking garage option as well, was also a bonus!

We were not guests at the hotel, we just visited the gaming facilities. And boy are we happy that we did. Our family had a blast here. So much fun and we plan on visiting again and staying here in the hotel. The staff was very nice and well kept. I would recommend this place to any family looking for a great time.

I’ve never stayed at the hotel but I take my three year old occasionally to play the games. It’s always a good time. Everything was clean and the vast majority of the games were functional. I wanted to write a review specifically to compliment Kody, who was staffing the rock climb. He was fantastic. Polite, helpful and accommodating to my little boy. Thank you man!

Clean rooms, happy to have a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Shower would burn you if not careful with the water adjustment. Food at Cafe was just okay and service was awkward but efficient. The large arcade had a lot of different types of games but of course they weren't inexpensive. Without the use of the pool, hot tub and waterpark (closed for the season), there wasn't much to see or do. We would have saved money and probably been more comfortable elsewhere. Disappointing.

Stayed here 1 night. We enjoyed the room, but found that the bathroom could use more light and that the bathtub didn't look as new/sharp/shiny/clean as the setting (for the record --it was clean, but it just had that old/abused/poorly installed look). Rooms were spacious. The hotel posts quiet hours, but there's no enforcement; we kept hearing kids and/or a cartoon show and while it sounded like it was out in the hallway, may be it was the room next to us. The weather was colder the day we left, but we wanted to explore the resort amenities in day light to just see what was what and somewhat assess if we'd come back, but all the doors outside (to the lounging decks, etc.) were locked. Understandably, the pool was closed (which we expected). I'm not sure why we were charged a resort fee since every resort-y part was closed off. Even with the resort fee, the price was reasonable and we enjoyed that the facility is non smoking. Onsite dining was adequate, a bit limited, but since we only needed dinner and didn't feel like getting in the car again, it was perfectly fine. The live music in the lobby sounded good but we were too worn out to really investigate. The resort is going through a painting/maintenance upgrades, but we were not impacted in anyway. Lots of parking and lots of luggage carts.

Only gave a one star for rooms because I never stayed, 2 star for service. Because well, no one serviced us while we were there. the kids enjoyed the arcade well enough but I feel like everything is severely overpriced. we went through almost a $100 and less than an hour and left in worse moods than arriving. I feel like we could have had more fun at big play.

We stayed in November of 2022. We got a great deal and were super excited - we’ve come to learn that part of that deal is that the hotel is under renovation. There was construction that could be heard loudly from our room started at 8AM (despite the notice in the room saying 9A). The pool is closed for the winter and there is no indoor pool (which the website is vague about). The game room is AWESOME. All ages will love it!! $25 will last a person a solid hour. The bars and restaurants are over priced but if you’ve been to any margaritaville restaurant before that’s kind of to be expected. Overall the property is totally good, but just worth being aware of these things!

Didn't stay in the room but went for the arcade. Had a blast. Lots of games and stuff for the kids to do. 98% of them worked fine. Prices for the tokens weren't overpriced but the games were high imo. average about 6.1-7 points per game. Big attractions go for 30-50 points.

Ok place to stay. It was great for our family, especially the pool and slides. The arcade has lots to offer. Staff was friendly and helpful when called upon. The prices for most amenities, food, and drinks were expensive. Drinks at the bar were usually around $10 or more. There were also various games in disrepair. Additionally, the layout is quite poor with a single group of elevators and poor access to stairs in many parts of the resort. This led to consistently long wait times. Some waited for 30 minutes or longer for an elevator to check in. Three stars for price and ease of access around the resort.

Great place for family fun .Location is great near fast food restaurants. 25 dollars and up depending on child play time . Tokens download on card you get about 500 points. Each game is 6 or more points equals hrs of fun.

We are staying here at this moment unfortunately it’s not all that we expected number one there’s a water emergency so there is no ice also they are upgrading the TVs for the last two days it was really been difficult to find something to watch also the Wi-Fi is terrible and the pool and hot tub are close the only plush is that the room is nice and cool and we have a nice view off the balcony. I am sure this is a very wonderful place for children when everything is functioning properly but unfortunately right now not so much

We had a great family vacation! The water was warm, the staff was very friendly, especially Melissa S! When checking in she asked us which floor we would prefer and she was sure to put on the side with the best sunset view. She gave us lots of tips on things to do around the hotel and what time's the mermaids came out etc. The food was good and all of the staff was great! We are already talking about when we will be coming back.

So much to do onsite! Huge arcade, rides, and water park! The food at Margaritaville cafe was okay, the kids loved watching the volcano! The cafe in the lobby was not very good, the pastries and breakfast items tasted old. The coffee and hot chocolate at the cafe was good though, we kept going back for more! Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Margaritaville Resort Biloxi is a very nice place. The resort staff was especially friendly and helpfulness. Our room was okay. One of the lights was out in the bathroom and the top door hinge was loose, but overall the room was nice. We had a great view of the Mississippi Sound and Deer Island and of the Golden Nugget next door. The on site waterpark was decent. It was primarily a lazy river with a slide and a swim up bar. The entertainment center was great. Not only did it have a great pizzeria, it also had a massive arcade with games for all ages and a mini zip line. It's very obvious that this used to be a casino, as relics of that era can be found all over the property. It's definitely a work in progress and I see it becoming similar to the Pleasure Pier in Galveston, TX. They are currently working on adding a Ferris Wheel and other attractions. There's also coffee shop, bar, Margaritaville Restaurant, and Doe's Restaurant on site. My family plans on returning again in the future.

Spending a short day trip here, we had our 14 year old with us and bought a double queen for the night. We had a beautiful view with dozens of playful dolphins insight. Our beds were comfy and the room was clean. We were able to get checked in earlier than expected which was very helpful. We were then able to spend hours apon hours in the arcade playing! Pool looked relaxing but I didn't have time to visit it, maybe next time.

Pretty good experience. Sink was plugged when we first arrived and they sent maintenance up right away. Room safe had 2 batteries removed and therefore didn't work, it did concern me that it was like this. The room was clean, no good place for hand towels. The rooftop pool was great! Water was warm and bar service was good, friendly staff and fun environment. There is a smoking area there which was nice.

Great 👍 There is basically a kid friendly casino...games, vr everything my teens love. There was mini bowling. I wish I had an endless supply of cash Definitely worth going if you have teens.

This was a wonderful experience for my grandson's 5th birthday. The set-up is efficient to move from the rides to the arcade and snacks. The one negative was making a 5 year-old pay an adult price due to his height. He couldn't even ride all the rides once in the park due to his height though. The food and cocktails at Margaritaville were decent. However, overall, I'll definitely return.

Our king corner suite was great! The bedroom was huge and the bathroom was very very spacious as well. We loved the living area with the kitchen. Lots of storage in each room and the kitchen as well. Balcony was great also. We loved the bean bag loungers at the pool area. Our teenagers loved being able to take the elevator down to the coffee shop in the mornings. We will be back! The staff were very friendly and our room was ready at 2pm for early check in.

Nice getaway. Great arcade for the family. Very nice employees. Larger room then expected. Good food fair prices for a resort. Nice family pool. Casino next door at the Golden Nugget. Poor water pressure in the shower is my only complaint

Our stay was great! We stayed 3 nights and our room was comfortable. The view was very pretty! Parking was easy and convenient. We had great food at the hotel and surrounding places also. The arcade was so much fun! We lucked up and went to the water park at the hotel when Micheal and JT were working. They made a fun water park even more fun by the way they interacted with us. They both made up fun challenges for our 8yr old and even got us involved. They were awesome! The amusement park was very fun! I love that you don't have to buy a ticket if you don't ride the rides because my husband doesn't like rides like my daughter and me. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
