This Hyatt Place is amazing; well run and friendly staff! After checking in, we were impressed by the clean and well stocked rooms with a lovely view of the pool and beach across the street. The lobby has so many sitting areas to enjoy a cocktail at night or gulf view for breakfast. The heated pool and hot tub made it enjoyable to swim and n chilly weather or you could sit by the fire pit and warm up. Would have loved to have stayed longer! Bravo to management and staff!!

Absolutely awesome staff. Great breakfast. Room was Queen with gulf view. Clean and view was beautiful. Wings and fries from menu were very good. Drinks from bar were yummy 😋 Our six month old boxer locked us out the room, funny right? Maintenance came off of lunch break, back in room in a jiffy. All with a smile and a great attitude. We will be back.

Nice location. Check-in staff was friendly. Room was okay except for one big problem - the bathroom was INFESTED with ants! They were crawling out of cracks in the shower unit caulk - not pleasant. When reported the front desk staff was completely disinterested - no attempt to move rooms, compensate or even apologize. This would be a nice place to stay...if they trained their staff and hired an exterminator. Until then you're better off staying at one of the competitors down the beach...

This was probably THE best hotel my husband and I have stayed at! Location was great, rooms were clean, quite, generous & comfortable. The staff was Super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety & different items daily. Pool & fireplace were super relaxing. We were here mid May. The bar has been set. Well done Hyatt Place.

The room with a view of the gulf isn't really a room with a view when you are staring at the roof or the trees. Now, if you happen to stand in just the right spot, you can look through 3 palm trees and get a nice view. The beds are not comfortable. The dish network service they have sucks. The wifi isn't all that great. Also, while i understand trying to be pet friendly, could we have kept them separate from the people with kids. The service from the front desk staff to the morning breakfast staff, though, was impeccable.

The staff is was AMAZING. Housekeeper by the name of Elizabeth was the BEST Housekeeper I have ever had. The young lady that checked us in was very helpful and nice and friendly. The bartender was good. ALL were nice and friendly and I wish we could have stayed longer. The General Manager, Desiree and the the Sales Manager, Kelly, made this a birthday and holiday I will NEVER FORGET. I can't say enough about my whole experience. THANKS TO ALL.

Nice hotel across the street from the beach in Biloxi. Out of the way of all the casinos in town, allowing for a more quiet stay. We had a great waterfront view of the bay. The rooms were clean, and the shower was massive. Probably the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. Id definitely go back there and spend more time in Biloxi.

I don’t normally take time to leave reviews, but after Covid destroyed the hospitality industry I was blown away at the service, rooms, and staff of this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond my expectations, as was the kind staff, beautiful and peaceful room. In an attempt to save money my family brought microwave pizzas for dinner and the staff stocked us with a microwave for our room and plates and cutlery to have our meal. Thank you Hyatt for going above and beyond the call of duty and restoring my hope in the hosipatility industry.

This was our second stay, both were great. From the moment Angel checked us in we were pleasantly surprised by all staff's level of service. Top notch breakfast buffet, well stocked Fitness Center, clean/large room. I was a large hotel Controller for 5 years. This is a solid 4 star hotel with a 5 star staff!

I honestly can't think of one thing I would change or complain about. All the staff that we encountered were smiling, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and odor free. Beds were comfortable and hallways were quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Would have been an easy 5 star...except for the pet policy. Had barking dogs late night and early morning. Dogs in the lobby near the breakfast area. Rooms needed extra cleaning by us to remove what appeared to be pet hair. I understand "pet friendly " but maybe certain floors need to allow pets, especially for those allergic to pet dander. Staff was extremely helpful and super friendly.

This is our second year staying at the hotel and we managed to get the same king suite with an ocean view! It's right on the main strip, close to casino's and shopping. The room is perfect with a kitchen area and a living room.

I met the worst hotelier of my life. I drove 5 hours to enjoy my vacation and was told that we had overbooked the room and that there was no room for you and that you should go to another hotel. There was no explanation or apology. I will boycott Hyatt from now on. I am a globalist. So I immediately canceled and came to Hilton. Hilton is the best. For your information, I am also a Hilton Diamond. Hyatt is the worst

The staff was very helpful and kind with made check- in super easy! The rooms were very nice and clean. It was a super spacious room which made it feel more cozy. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice. Had a lot of options and not to mention the coffee bar. Definitely would stay here again!

Overall nice hotel. Breakfast was awesome each day. However our view wasn't the best, as we were put in a room with a broken window covered by caution tape. Also, I'm not sure why the pool was the same color as the gulf. Was disappointed about not feeling comfortable about getting in the pool.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. They have plenty of parking and the breakfast is decent. Make sure you check under the bathroom sink for dirty towels, we didn't notice that until our third night. The cafe/bar didn't disappoint, the food was much better than I expected. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Besides the dirty towels, the only other con was the staff member at reception was also the bar tender/waitress which increased wait times.

Overall it's a great place to stay. One of the front desk workers had their mind on the TV more than customers. It was unprofessionally run while she was working. Just random people going in and out of the kitchen door. Just seemed like a family and friend hangout place.

Excellent hotel. Very nice accommodations. Great location. Breakfast was very good. Staff was nice. Did not live up to room service policy. Was supposed to provide room service on the 3rd day. Did not provide any room service. I look gorward to returning.

The hotel is very nice, clean, friendly staff and the a/c in the room gets nice and cold. They are pet friendly and great location right across from the beach and in either direction they are many restaurants and casinos with buffets. Best buffet is at The Palace casino and is non smoking. Don’t forget to get a players card for free to get your discount at buffet. The only downfall is the hotel’s breakfast is not that great. I’ve definitely had better and more selections elsewhere. Also, I was fixing the sheets on the bed when I found a whole piece of sausage underneath the mattress along with a knife. Housekeeping apparently doesn’t look or clean under mattress. Other than the breakfast and finding a piece of food under the mattress I still recommend staying here. It was a very nice quite stay.

Normally I wait a bit til I'm out of a location to post a review, but I just checked out after a short but LOVELY stay and what to strike while the memory is hot! Check-in: after a one day, multi-state drive from SC, I arrived here about 7pm. From the time I booked, there was excellent communication. Confirmation emails etc. And when I arrived front desk staff was GREAT, with clear explanation of where elevators were, where breakfast would be and and what times, their bar + snack hours etc. She was just extremely efficient, gave me all the info I'd normally ask about before I even asked and was super pleasant. She even updated my reservation with my Hyatt # and fixed some weird fluke in the system. Room: Exactly what I expect from Hyatt Place, which I LOVE - that suite-like atmosphere and layout for each room. Clean, perfect on the towels etc. AND it was a room with a view - except it was dark and so - no view. My only complaint is the windows don't open which is a huge reason people stay right on the beach - view and ocean air access - but I already was mentally prepped for no window opening as I've never seen that with a Hyatt Place. (Sunrise pics from my room below) Breakfast: I got up early bc I work on East Coast time, watched that gorgeous sunrise, and worked. Internet was great! Went downstairs for breakfast at 6 and I have to rave about the complimentary breakie: First off - presentation: Le Creuset cookware is always a happy place for me and all of the hot items were in gorgeous Le Creuset. I'm not a fan of scrambled eggs usually (a whole childhood trauma thing lol) but these scrambled eggs in Le Creuset were presented so prettily- they looked DELISH and I went ahead and got them, plus the homestyle potatoes and crispy bacon - THEN I saw they had TORTILLAS!! So West Coast Style (with potatoes) breakfast burritos it is! Seriously so good. Checkout: their checkout is noon, which gave me time to work, eat, shower and head out without a rush. Again, courteous front desk staff and they had some guys there working on the fire alarms who also were super pleasant. Summary: I have to come thru here often and definitely putting this as my go to spot to overnight at going forward.

I love Hyatt properties but this one was on my global top 10! Across from a beautiful view, nice pool and fire pit. One of the BEST breakfasts at a Hyatt I have ever experienced

Hyatt Place was a great hotel. Spacious well maintained and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Breakfast is a step above regular hotel breakfast. Room was large and spread out. Will stay here again.

Everything was neat and smells nice! The view was wonderful and the place is very accessible to mostly everything we need. The staff was wonderful specially the night shift. The breakfast was all great. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Emani*, I don't know how to spell her name, but she was amazing as front desk. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. The breakfast is so diverse and lots more choices than regular complementary hotels breakfasts. View is phenomenal being right across from the beach. 10/10 will be back.

I asked for an ocean view because we are celebrating our 30th anniversary. We have a view of a cemetary. They have no coffee out at night and the building is cold. They don't have complimentary cookies like some hotels. The ice machines are only on two floors. No microwave and no safe in the room. The room is a nice size and the location of the hotel is good. Breakfast is fair.

I was not happy with my visit at all… we booked in advance (no last minute), and received a special accommodation room. The toilet was so close to the shower we literally had to touch it to get get out the shower. We could have gotten in/out the shower on the opposite end, but then we risked getting our hair wet in 37 degree weather when rushing to a cheer competition and shouldn’t be forced to wake up any earlier to have to blow dry hair for a room accommodation we didn’t ask for… and a room that was nowhere near our other guess that we requested to be next door to or at least close to. The heat in the room… It hurts to even say barely because when it boils down to it, it didn’t work properly. We had to have The heat on 90 & it ONLY worked for a short period before we were cold again. We were advised that they half behind fix stuff around there and it didn’t make any sense, but they refuse to properly fix the rooms and put guest in them. I definitely would never return and wouldn’t recommend this Hyatt to an enemy. Oh, and Porsche was having a bad day apparently. Her attitude when we called the front desk (from our cell because their telephone don’t have the front desk option), was horrible.

After driving from Texas for hours I put down in Biloxi at the Hyatt Place for the night. And what a wonderful, restful night I had...the front desk lady was great, the room sparkling clean and comfy cozy ( it was freezing that night outside) ...a complimentary breakfast the next morning with good coffee and delicious food and I was on my way to Florida happy! I will definitely be staying at the Hyatt Biloxi again.

Great place to stay. My views of the Gulf are gorgeous. The staff is great. Limited bar and food but what they have in the kitchen is good. Happy Hour pricing is fantastic. The best is the staff here, friendly, courteous and always ready to help you with all my needs.

This property sits right off the beach. Several mornings, I just walked to the beach after an awesome breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the ocean. The hotel is cleanly kept and the staff welcomes you with a warm geeeting whether you're entering or exiting. The rooms are very nice and have adequate space. I will definitely be back!!

Directly across the street from the ocean, this place is beautiful inside and out! Rooms were modern with storage. The best part was the incredible fresh breakfast spread and the fact that we had options between disposable or reusable plates and cups. It's a small touch but we appreciate holding real mugs of coffee. The staff kept constant upkeep over the area too.
