Hotel is undergoing repairs from Hurricane so you're not going to get a 5 star Hotel experience. Rooms are smaller than expected, but space is put to good use. Lots of windows on 1st floor are covered in plastic and main entrance is closed. Close to the beach. Right across the road from the beach. Outdoor pool that looked decent. Our room actually had beach view. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner or breakfast, but for a budget friendly hotel it's decent. Ice maker worked on our floor which is more than a lot of hotels we've paid more money to stay at. All in all the room was clean.

We stayed the weekend for a concert we attended at the Coliseum. The location was great. We were able to walk to the Coliseum instead of having to deal with the craziness of parking. Our room was super clean. The bed was very comfy. And all the staff were awesome. We will definitely stay here for our next concert.

This is a no nonsense hotel. No breakfast. But good blankets and a good view. Great customer service. The room was clean and efficient

The place is right across the beach, close to the mall and Walmart. The beach is dirty and a few miles from the good side of town. The hotel itself is a traditional motel 6. The people that stayed here were pretty rough. The room had stains on the floor, broken pieces in the fridge and a questionable bed. The bathroom was pretty nice. The pool stayed closed until the second to last day because they refused to clean it.

Outstanding customer service by the desk staff. Check-in was prompt, professional and without incident. The hotel is literally right across the street from the ocean. While light on amenities, my room was clean, quiet and devoid of any major deferred maintenance issues. While certainly not the Marriott, l would highly recommend this hotel. In many ways it vastly surpassed my stays in higher end pricier rooms from major chains.

I have traveled all over the U.S. I stay at pet friendly, which is usually motel 6. I have to say this is the best motel 6 I have ever stayed in! Over the years I have been here quite a few times. It's not brand new but they take really good care of it. The people are super nice! My air was warm and they came and replaced the unit (only took 5 minutes). I would recommend it to anyone, and of course the beach is right across the street! Great job!!

The staff was friendly and helpful! Each and everyone of them was a pleasure to speak to. The hallways smelled of weed, and our room smelled like mildew. The pool didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. If the smell was dealt with and the interior was upgraded I would stay here again.

So, we booked a room here on our travels from AZ to FL since they accepted dogs and we were getting tired after 12 hours of driving. I asked for an end room on the first floor. We did this because we have a new shelter dog and he’s very fearful of new things which I explained when I made the reservation. The lady said no problem so we arrived and they gave us third floor right by the elevator dead center in the middle of the hallway. We tried it against our better judgement and there were dogs barking all the way down the hallway. He freaked out, couldn’t console him so I sent my husband down for a refund and we left. It was disappointing and debilitating to us and our baby. We were exhausted. The manager was an jerk per my husband. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet. We appreciated that. The room was very small, but nice. They had platform beds where the mattress slid off very easily. I personally think that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, but that’s just me. The rooms were nice and cool. The location was awesome. It’s a shame that we would not go back because of the inconsistencies with booking.

Great place to stay. Our room was clean, no complaints. All the staff I spoke to were super kind and helpful. It's in a good area, lots of stuff nearby. Only complaint is some guests were a little too loud late at night, but that's any hotel. Overall, it was a great cheap place to stay.

We stopped at this motel on our way from Florida to Texas. We have a dog so finding a place that allows pets for free is nice. We’ve stayed at a lot of two star hotels across the country and this was definitely a top notch. Easy, friendly check-in. The rooms were clean, towels and linen smelled fresh, tv worked fine, and the bathroom was spectacularly clean. My only complaint would be that the elevator smelled like urine. I would definitely recommend for a safe, quiet, and clean place to rest for the night.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly, however our room was gross and the bed was so uncomfortable. There was mold from an obvious leak on the ceiling that traveled down the wall and you could see the line where the water had been settling in the wall. The return air vent was covered in dust. The mini fridge didn’t work. There was more mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. Only a shower curtain, no liner so the floor got full of water when we showered. The hotel was completely booked so there was no option to change rooms. The hotel is also supposed to be no smoking yet the first floor reeked of cigarettes and weed.

Location is great, although housekeeping does a bang up job. The fridge was full of other people groceries when we checked in. It was nasty. On top of that, we had to go down and grab new towels and TP because housekeeping never came by. In all the 5 days that we stayed here, they only knocked once on the day we checked in. Everything else is great except the housekeeping and a few rude/racist individuals that were staying there.

the potential for this location could be so much better. One time I stayed here we had to be moved 3 times due to the abundance of bed bugs, cockroaches, and sometimes dealing with spiders. the wifi is horrible. there’s no reason to advertise free wifi if it’s slower than ever. last time I stayed here the refrigerator started leaking and after we moved to a new room the refrigerator wasn’t working but the freezer was..

This is my second time staying here and I’ve already made a reservation for next time. Great deal for the price. The rooms are very nice and the staff has been amazing.

Wendy was always helpful and very friendly. She made sure that we were enjoying our stay anytime she saw us and always cracked me and my fiancé up. Definitely will be coming back!

The room was clean and I have a skin allergy. I can't have several soaps and I also can't let a lot of fabrics touch my skin but I slept like a baby no breakout no itching just beautiful rest (and the bed was so sang on clean). I needed it Motel6 on the oceanfront (this is the only motel 6 I will stay in). I look forward to booking my next weekend with yall, Thank yall again.

The cleanliness of the room. The location and above all else the staff. Everyone was wonderful. But your front desk clerk Wendy was amazing. She was helpful and friendly.

Tiny rooms and no breakfast is my main complaints. Also, their front door was so heavy that when I let go- it slammed back into me and I felt like I had fractured my arm. Crazy. Rooms were clean though. 8/10

I am staying here for the next couple months and the customer service is unmatched! Everyone has a smile and is always going above and beyond. Wendy, Candie and Alicia especially are amazing! I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Back story...we had a different local hotel (Best Western) pre-scheduled for the evening for 3 rooms with pets but they did not have our rooms that we previously reserved (long story and I am NOT happy with them). So, we called Motel 6 last minute Sunday evening and Josh was lovely on the phone and was able to get us the 3 rooms we needed!! He also recommended a great place to eat (Woody's) and we ended up having a wonderful dinner. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the rest of the team was also helpful. We will be back next time we are in the area for sure!!

The rooms are nice and remodeled the outside is ugly. No breakfast. The pool was broken when we went. For the price I wouldn't stay there since no breakfast the pool didn't work, they don't clean your room once you check in due to COVID so bring extra stuff. Best past was location to the beach right across the street.

Wendy at the front desk was great. The room was good. The ac kept it nice and cold. Beds were comfortable. I slept great. I will be staying here every time i come to visit.

Everyone on the staff was so helpful and kind. My stay was amazing! Thank you for a very wonderful relaxing clean and safe environment! Mrs Wendy and Josh got me all settled in and Mrs. Candy everyone the next day were so helpful in getting me back on the road so relaxed and helpful.

The service was so much better than I anticipated. Such a surprise since the last few hotels I've stayed at just weren't clean and the people were usually so judgmental. If you're looking for a motel to stay in this is the one. This is probably one of the most friendliest Cleanest Motel 6 I've ever been to and I do a lot of traveling. Ralph hands down is the greatest person as he worked with me through a time I needed help. Take my review Very seriously I stayed in this hotel for a full month nothing but great staff and people. Ralph my daughter and I Appreciate you very much.

Front desk was awesome they helped me find things around town and guided me to all the right places. Alicia is the sweetest, we checked in late but she got us settled quickly!

When we arrived here at this location we were shocked to see the appearance. Filthy building, front part being held up with two by fours. Then you get inside and you can smell this smokey mildew smell. It was absolutely disgusting. The staff looked like you would expect from a Motel 6. You definitely get what you pay for. Only good thing was the beach what ashamed.

When I walk into my room, I was met by little brown bugs also known as cockroaches. I would advise anyone who stays here to check everything before leaving. I think the should give people half of there money back. Because they do not know how to protect there place of business from little night pets.

When walking into the building by the pool area it’s smells, when you walk in the hotel it smells musky! And the room had a smell when we first walked in. I thought maybe it was the smell from the hallway so we turned down the AC to get the room cool and took showers to get ready to go out for the evening and night when we returned to our room it smelled like wet moldy towels. We had to room for 5 hours at this point and had taken showers when we first walked in so I figured it was too late to ask for a refund and I hoped for the best that I wouldn’t wake up with sinus issues. It is now morning and the room still stinks!!! The beds are horrible I could feel the springs all night. We’re getting dressed and we’re about to check out! I would not recommend the place to anyone unless you can’t smell and it’s the last place available with openings.

This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in Biloxi. The staff was super sweet the place is patrolled in the evening. I spilled something on the floor and wiped it up and the towel came up clean. Most hotels the cleaning crew doesn’t floors. This hotel my socks are still the same color they were when I put them on. Huge bathroom, only downfall I asked for a queen sized bed and I got a full size. That was hard to sleep in with me, my husband and two dogs.

Have great stay at this hotel.Had the most sweetest Desk Clerk name Candie.She did the most to my sure I was comfortable stay. She deserve a raise. Cant wait to come stay again for my getaway. Hotel so close to the beach.Just a walk away. Loved it.

With the exception of one the entire staff was so friendly and kind that I dont think I even noticed anything to actually complain about. We had our dog and ended up having to stay a few extra days. They were ready with a nice discount and excellent attitudes. I feel like Candie and Josh made us feel right at home which was very important considering what we were going through. Thank you Motel 6 for being able to provide us with a feeling as close to home as we could get. Btw they did leave the light in for us. Thanks for that Tony.
