Gupta Hotel is well known Hotel in the area. It is situated on a very prime location in Kanpur - Prayagraj Highway 🛣️. Gupta Hotel has been a name for it's quality and service provided. But with the passage of time I think it also loosened it's facilities. I am going to the Hotel since my 12th to now and observing it's differences. The last time when I went to the Hotel I have to go to the counter again and again to get my ordered food. Besides it when it comes , i have to go to counter again for extra meal. This pathetic condition of service and food disturbed me so much. Very bad experience this time 🙏😞
