Very clean and modern However the service at customer care plus their payment system is worse i ahve ever seen. Waiting time is minimum 3hours to pay and be received. So sad for a such clean hospital.

Dominique Ouattara Mother-Child hospital (HME) is a modern hospital that has the latest equipment and facilities. It's located in the city of Bingerville, very close to Abidjan. This hospital is intended to offer the best care possible to mother/ infant medical needs. That's why the neonatal care constitutes the most important unit in the hospital, even though they welcome other patients mostly for the imagery unit. Everything is clean and neat, it's very frequent to see bouncing babies escaping from their moms' hands and walk around. You quickly get accustomed to their noise when they play around.This is what makes you remember the type of hospital. The staff is professional and kind, also very collaborative. Doctors and nurses are approachable and very informative. The area is calm, screens are displayed almost everywhere and show cartoons. There is a beautiful and refreshing garden in the middle of the building. The parking has enough space. To make everything perfect, I would love there is a permanent welcome unit, at least starting after 05 : 00 AM. The reason is that patients are asked to arrive much more earlier whereas the welcome staff arrive around 7 o'clock.

Lovely hospital environment. The standardised process of operations is outstanding and quite impressive. The payment process could be made more efficient by making available actual functional POS machines.
