The change in this store is dramatic, while the products on offer are good the pricing is an issue, I was searching for jeans on the clearance rack labeled $9.97 upon check out all 5 pairs rang up for $16.97 - $32.99 not a single pair met the advertised price. This is completely unacceptable. The staff was not understanding of the issue or that there was responsiblity on their part to correct the issue. Thumbs down.

I get almost all of my clothes here, best place to buy quality pants on a budget. Lee and wrangler pants are always on sale here.

The Lee/Wrangler outlet is one of my favorite stops at at Birch Run. They have a wide variety of clothing at reasonable prices.

This Store, has not only great prices, but with four Grandsons, over age 15 that are also tall, and two still growing. The Clothing is greatly appreciated. I don't have to hunt for Jean's, Shirt's or Sweatshirts as they have many sizes and styles perfect for the whole family.

Nice place to shop in the Birch Run Outlet Mall. They have a large variety of clothing. Prices are very reasonable too. My daughter likes to buy their casual womens pants there. She stocked up for work on the Sales!

Love the store. The girl at the counter waiting for people to leave, as it had closed at 7pm was kind and patient. I didn't know it closed at 7pm so I held her up a bit and she was still pleasant. I agree w the hours. Retailers should allow employees to get home at decent times. Anyway, she was great.
