If you want guaranteed cold food delivered and staff that are incapable of simply reading a screen and carrying out an order correctly then this is the place to go! You never know what you might get in your bags, but I can 100% say you won't get any sauces no matter how many you've paid for, I think the staff are under the impression they come out of their wages. This is without a doubt the WORST McDonald's you can go to so just don't bother. Nothing but clowns in there!

Have order from here lately and the food as been constantly cold and tasteless, the order has never arrived on time and now we have had food missing off our orders. Totally unacceptable think they need to hire staff that know what they are doing and who can offer better service. When you try to contact them they let the phone ring out an ignore you. Also the fact the other people have posted reviews about the same thing and the fact that nothing has been done for standards to change is unacceptable. If you ask me there are too many kids running the place rather than there being people that know what they are doing. Never going green lane again😡😠

We don't frequent macdonalds very often..perhaps once a year or so...received a nice welcome from an employee. However we were very disappointed with the veg DELUXE burger....we wondered what the std burger must be like?... just a bun perhaps? Were the lettuce pieces counted? We certainly haven't been impressed enough for a swift return.

Absolute joke!! Waited over 2 hours for the delivery to turn up and when it arrived it was wrong there were no drinks which I had ordered plus no dips again which I’d ordered then to top it off I opened the bag it came in and my burger was out of its box at the bottom of the bag!! Everything was cold! Won’t be ordering from there again it seems they have kids running the place with no idea what they are doing. This is not the first time my orders have been wrong.

Order delivery 540pm, was advised order would arrive 605pm, order arrived 655pm. As I use Uber I could see driver was sitting at maccies for 20 to 30 minutes, so don't blame him. Considering my house is less than a mile from the macdonald's and ever so order was very late they still forgot the drink and food was cold. Very very poor service. I will be avoiding in the future

Honestly I don’t have high standards when it comes to McDonald’s as you expect cheaper, fast food that is basically for convenience. For me to leave a bad review like this is because you are honestly terrible. I give the first couple of visits the benefit of the doubt but after todays visit, no thanks I won’t be coming back. Cold food, especially the chips. You all need something better to keep the fries warm. This applies across the board for McDonalds. The burger I got had at best half a slice of cheese and a patty that looked like it had been sampled by one of the kitchen staff. The place was just dirty and it was so busy yet barely any of the staff were doing anything. Won’t be coming back.

Every single time I order from this McDonald’s, it’s cold and most of the time, items are missing. They don’t pick up the phone so you can’t chase up your missing items. Would recommend going to a different McDonald’s

Typical McDonald's service and environment. Fast food fast pace in and out. Although a busy place the staff werealso busy cleaning after people, and reasonably attentive of their customers needs

Green Lane McDonalds at 1pm Today Thursday 30/6/22 Ladies toilets disgustingly filthy Tables not washed just crumbs dusted off which mostly went on chairs We visit here quite regularly but couldn't eat today just had a hot drink each The staff on duty on the floor were all young and spent a lot of time just walking/talking with nothing getting done Usually an older man (who suffers with his breathing)is on duty and is brilliant cleaning as soon as people have finished and is so pleasant along with another older staff This isn't against youngsters as I have children and grandchildren but its so unfair for them to be there when its quite obvious they don't want to When theres probably lots of other young ones would be more competent and willing

Not the worst McD. This store can be quite slow when waiting inside, seems to have massive bias to drive thru. Food tends to look a bit hastily thrown together, but I've never had them get my order wrong

Great experience. As soon as we arrived Debbie gave use a warm welcome & asked our 3 year-old granddaughter if she wanted a balloon, helped us get settled at the table & provided our granddaughter with crayons & colouring sheets. Great friendly service & value for money. What more could you ask for!

I Ordered halloumi fries, 4 nuggets and paid 30p for sour dips . Totally spent 28 pounds and Not even a single dips was delivered . I know it only 30 p but this is forth time happening in same store. When you call them they blame the Uber eats.

When you're hungry there's no place like it. Clean tidy and good value. Pleasant staff food when you need it most.

Coffee cool. However, overweight, dark haired employee with glasses stood for nearly an hour slagging men off hahah! Is this what McDonalds pay their staff to do.

Just had to leave this review to say a massive thank you to the lovely 'Molly' from the Dining Area who quite literally made our day today by just being her fabulous self, what a real pleasure it was to have her around whilst we were dining in before with the kids! We had two kids with us aged 6yrs & 3yrs old who adored her & loved every second of the attention that she gave them both! She had them eating out of the palm of her hand with the friendliness & kindness she showed them. Our 3 year old fell over & she was right there scooping him up immediately and bringing him straight to us (he was fine) back to running around restaurant 10 seconds later! What an asset she is to macdonald's!!! She had all the time in the world for the kids & us also! They are still chattering about her now at home as she made their day even better by playing with them & giving them her attention! Well done Molly you will go very far with your work ethic & brilliant attitude!

The worst staff who have no awareness or care for customers. Getting orders wrong and then forget to make the order completely, lack of leadership and communication in the back. Do not eat here. Do not drive thru here, do not order takeaway. They will mess it up guaranteed.

For what it is, this is one of the best. So stars are based in comparison to other fast food outlets, not all restaurants. We always go at lunch, and the food is always fresh, it's usually quite busy but you can always get a table. The staff sometimes deliver your order to your table, they always take your tray from your hands as you walk to the bins to take care of the recycling. Added hidden gem? If you fancy it, a flock of starlings will take chips from your hands if you eat in your car. This appears to be a popular pastime here and i love watching it.

Not impressed, went there & ordered a big tasty from the menu in the drive through, was there plain as day but no, it wasn't available because someone hadn't bothered changing the menu on the boards outside! It's all electronic now how difficult is it to keep the menu up to date? Had to get a Mc Crispy instead & when I ate it they gave me the spicy one, so overall a very disappointing visit

It's a McDonald's. It's a purpose built shack on a retail park. You won't get a wine list and there's no point specifying how thoroughly you want your burger cooked. But if you want a McDonald's, it's spot on. And the ladies helped me with the correct toys for the happy meals!

Ive eaten here before but this time it was a bit disorganised. We were given an old menu which included drinks no longer available. I couldn't purchase just a glass of wine...only a bottle although we were told afterwards that we could have brought our own wine at no extra charge. That isn't made obvious on their Website. The chicken in my dish was very rubbery. Overall not a great evening.

Not the best experience, if you like soft white chips and warm burgers then you will love it. I asked them to change the chips for nice crispy ones but got the same again so I will be giving that one a miss.

How can you get an order so wrong and it was cold

Drived over from Wallasey just now and missing happy meal and chicken mayo waited 15 mins in car park for the food and never checked as wanted to get home girl at last window not pleasant at all check wot your giving to people am not here to do there job need to get things sorted not the first time this has happened train your staff

Avoid this maccies at all costs! They are very lazy, can't be bothered to clean the mcflurry machine EVER ! An most of the staffs personality don't even get me started on that. It's none existant. Would of put a 0 if I could. Asked why the mcflurry machine was off and got ignored and dirty looks so brilliant customer service NOT

Done my Mac delivery order this morning for breakfast and it came cold & my pancakes without syrup so I couldn’t even eat it !! Then I tried to ring the driver that had rang me 2 minutes before to deliver my order and he had blocked my number or something because it wouldn’t even let me ring. Don’t order!! Our orders are normally perfect well I’ve only done 2 before so maybe this is a one off but I still couldn’t eat as they was to dry.

Almost guaranteed to forget part of your order (usually any specialist sauces, but also occasionally fries) when you use the drive through.. always have to check before driving away.

Good nonalds, it be great if the workers weren't afraid to serve hot food, everything always come kind of room temperature.

Food was absolutely freezing, fries were that cold they went hard, ordered a mango smoothie and instead of it being thick like it should be , it was extremely watery. burgers also freezing! do not recommend

Honestly, I have never seen McDonald's preparing food that looks so much like on the pictures like this one. I got the best looking McDonald's food I have ever seen there. Also, the fries are usually really hot when I am buying them, which is a big plus, as usually I was getting just warm fries which were cold before I had a chance to even finish my burger/wrap. And they are open 24/7 even for walk in so, five stars it is.

Place an order and then wait and see if they get it right. Too often it isn't. But still keep coming back as it is convenient and cheap. Clean enough inside. Very busy.

Called in for a coffee 2 day prior to this visit, sat at a table and was constantly pestered by small fruit flies, so much so that I went and drank my coffee in my car. Today I called in with my wife and 2 grandchildren for late lunch. This fruit fly problem seemed even worse. I cant believe nothing has been done about this. Any tables by the windows were unbearable to sit at, tables centrally were still being bothered by these flies but not as bad . If I hadn't had my grandchildren with me I would have left before ordering. Disgrace to be honest.

Sorry guys you have let the side down a little today. The number of small flies (were once called beer flies) that are in the shop is crazy. Simply get a Zapper and that will clear the problem within an hour. Seen 3 people walk out after frantically waving their hands to keep the flies off their food. Generally this is a good McDonald's, with dedicated cleaning staff and a friendly team of workers.

McDonald's is something that everyone knows so this rating is for the service. We waited 15 minutes after ordering to finally receive our food, the crew member who brought it was less than happy, didn't say a word and just threw the tray on the table and walked away. We had no milk or sugar for the tea or coffee and the order was wrong. I went to get the milk myself and I couldn't be bothered trying to get the order corrected due to the lengthy wait we had just to get the food in the first place. I don't have McDonald's often and this kind of service makes it likely that it will be less often from now on.

Ordered with Uber, the preparation took forever so the drivers changed like 3 times as they had to wait outside for so long. When I got the items they were cold, poorly assembled, and missing 4 dips that are clearly included in the nugget set menu. When I contacted Uber they just said McDonald can't guarantee that I get dips. 🤷

Went to the drive through for a quick lunch about half 1 on a Sunday. We waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker and staff could be heard arguing in the background. Food okay but won't be going again.

Went through drive thru and got meal with no straws, this defeats the object of going through drive thru when you have to go in restaurant for straws and serviettes.

Just been to this mcdonalds. Used the drive through staff who took order lack of attention and rushed us. Food cold this has got to be the worst mcdonalds we've visted. Staff training needed. Very poor

Food arrived quickly, the woman realised as she was delivering it that there was items missing. This was corrected immediately. No salt sachets though so my son was annoyed.
