My fiancée was so happy with the engagement ring I purchased from the Diamond Factory in Birmingham. I received impeccable service from Sharon who listened to what I wanted and was very attentive. I was extremely impressed how in store nobody once tried to increase the budget I had in mind and for that I have great respect for. My custom made ring arrived in the time frame given and I received further excellent service on picking up the ring. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

When my now fiancé met Sharon, she was instantly at ease with how welcoming Sharon made her feel when she entered The Diamonds Factory. It was easy to book an appointment for the next day and off we went to view an array of engagement rings. Sharon gave us plenty of advice and allowed time to view, try the rings on and think through shapes and patterns. We valued her opinion and welcomed her input when we were very unsure about designs and sizes. My fiancé does not enjoy making decisions and Sharon was patient with this. As it was a week before my fiancé’s birthday and that’s when I had decided to propose, Sharon gave me the option of hiring the ring that we chose and then collecting the real thing when it was ready a few weeks later. Our ring has been finished beautifully and so much care has been provided by Sharon. We will be returning for our wedding rings.

Keomee was absolutely amazing, we came to Birmingham just for this reason. She understood what we were looking for and made sure I was 100% happy with the design. It does take about 3 weeks after you order to receive your jewelry so be prepared for that, overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands!

My wife and I visited late on Sunday afternoon. The Birmingham store was due to close in 10 minutes however a very professional member of staff called Louis let us in and stayed late to ensure we were able to choose a ring. Big thanks to Louis and his team for a great service would highly recommend.

We visited the store today, and spoke to Shona. She was lovely and very helpful. We were treated with a friendly and professional service. I was having a previous purchase sized and a pendant cleaned. She cleaned cross and promised to try to get my ring back, for the date I needed. Sure we will be making more purchases from that store. The quality of the jewellery is well worth paying for.

Louis was a great help showing us options for setting and stone choices, even though we knew pretty much what we wanted in terms of a setting and stone shape. He made us feel very welcome and gave us his full attention as soon as he was free from serving another couple. There was also no pressure to buy. Would recommend!

All rings are made to order and it was helpful to have an honest opinion at each stage. I was surprised at the value of money for the specifications. DF saved the day! After initially having an order elsewhere and it not going to be ready in time I had a very last minute hunt for an engagement ring. The proposal was set up for on holiday in Kos, Greece yet I had no ring until finding the perfect one on their website. I spoke to the very lovely Keomee on the phone about it and arranged the ring to be reserved so I could come view it. She was incredibly sweet and gave me confidence in dealing with DF. On viewing she was really helpful and I purchased it there and then. Absolute stunner of a ring! My now fiancée cannot stop staring at it and is over the moon. The only negative for her was that it needed to come down a half size. As this was within the 30 days it was free or charge. That’s when we met the equally lovely, Shona. She was very detailed in analysing the sizing and giving very honest advice. The ring has now been very quickly resized and back on my fiancées hand again. Thanks Keomee and Shona!

This is the second time I have used the Diamonds Factory, the first being in the London Store and this being wholly online with the Birmingham store. I haven’t moved but when I called to make an appointment Louis Y from the Birmingham store picked up. He was superb! He walked me through the process, gave solid advice on my proposals looking to get me the best quality and value. It was wholly thanks to his fantastic manner and attention to detail that I continued with an online order! As an addition, when I called and Louis was away the team were able to pick up my order and knew exactly what was happening with no loss of continuity! Me and my fiancé went to Diamonds Factory a year ago at the beginning of June. We purchased the 'Prong Set Side Stone Engagement Black Diamond Ring' which I am still absolutely still in love with and am chuffed with the quality so far of this ring. Still like new. The diamond stops me in my tracks when I look at it as the clarity, the colour and the quality of the diamond is absolutely fantastic! Great experience. Louis took his time to explain all the details making the buying process seamless. We shopped around in London Hatton Gardens before visiting the Diamond Factory in Birmingham. Louis educated us on facts that we were not presented to us in any other store, he also did not push the sale and allowed us to take our time. Great service will definitely recommend 10/10.

Fantastic experience with all of the staff. Super informative and helpful with all of our questions and needs. Diamond factory had a great selection of different styles and we were able to customise the ring to our choice and budget. They helped us get the perfect ring for us and we were able to get it in only 3 weeks! Shona was lovely and very helpful.

Visited this afternoon to do some engagement ring research and figure out available options. Hugo was phenomenal, very friendly and welcoming. Didn't feel pressured at all to buy anything. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! He took the time to explain what all of the different diamond colour, clarity and certifications meant in plain English. Great customizability options too!

Louis was great throughout the process, helping me decide on the specification of my engagement ring. He showed me various examples which allowed me to pick a ring I loved. The finished product was perfect, would recommend anyone to come her for their jewellery.
