Jay at Ouro design me two bespoke diamond gold necklaces which are absolutely beautiful! Jay had full control over the design as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Jay goes through the entire process with you - shows you a virtual 3D illustration before it’s all hand crafted which is amazing! This way you can see exactly what it will look like. I’ve also had two bespoke gold and silver rings - we are in the process of setting more stones in them. Thank you so much for creating my beautiful jewellery, incredible craftsmanship!!!

This guy is amazing. Due to previous vaneers and damaged teeth i have had issue getting teeth to fit right. Not only did he make sure i was well informed but he re-did my set 3 times to make sure they were absolutely perfect and to a phenomenal standard. Been ripped off previously by far to many folk so it's great to find a trustworthy jeweller that gives you real gold and not "bronze or chrome!" I travelled from London and will say i was not disappointed 100% recommend for everything jewellery related!!!

Epic work! Supplied x2 18K white gold rings and 12 small VVS1 diamonds. Gave Jay, a rough idea of a pendant I'd like but asked him to put his twist on it. 6 hours later I received a 3D mockup image to see if he'd got it right (He had!!), 72 hours later I got the final piece which I wear everyday. I also asked Jay to supply me with a matching 18K white gold chain to match, he used his contacts in JQ to get me a brilliant deal on the perfect chain. He even called a week later to see if all was good and urged me to take the piece back to him when it needs a polish. Great service! From a design and execution standpoint, Jay is brilliant. He has a true talent and a passion to create... what better way to utilise old jewellery that you have?!. Thanks bro, more projects on the way.

So I actually have had my gold cap for a few months now, and its still looks great and functions well. I recently booked my moms chain in to be fixed as the clasp was broken. Within 2 days the chain came back looking better than new, in full working order and the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. Super quick turnaround time and a more than fair price as always. This was my 4th or 5th time using Ouro as the service can’t be matched.
