The staff attitude is very rude in this store. The girls mainly. They do not know how to talk to people - they come across as if they are doing you favours. They are quick to take your money, put on a smiley face that’s even if they have to. It’s a great performance but a false one. It’s seems they have some hidden agendas apart from work. The manager does not appear to be professional at all. A short lady. When asked a question she hardly answered. and went moody. Suggestion improve customer service. Change the manager in the store. For what you’re paying you’re not getting at all. And prices over the roof. Starbucks bye bye!..

A complete disgrace. Ordered drinks for the guys at work on Tuesday morning, using Uber food. I have ordered many times from this place before with no issues, but this time, all the drinks were plain and tasteless. It seems they were made by a first time Barista. Myself ordered a Caramel macchiato and all ai got was a plain latte with caramel flavour. No napkins, no straws, no sugar sachets. The delivery was quick and drinks were hot, no issues with that. I tried contacting Uber food, straight away but they wanted me to send a message. I did that and they ask for photos. They have proved useless.l, and won't be ordering any more from that company. I feel I have been robbed.

Worst service I have ever experienced in a Starbucks anywhere in the world. Rude, arrogant manager. I forgave him/them once for his rudeness, and also another time for a young woman server making a total mess of my drink, but when the manager refused to open the toilet for me (I’m disabled) and told me to “f*** off”, that was the end for me. Staff say “He’s always like that” when pressed. Someone else (outside the store) told me “He’s a well known racist.” Starbucks should get rid of him. I’ve made a complaint to the U.K. headquarters.

My visit was only let down by the food. The Sausage sandwich, was a dry bun and over cooked sausages. The coffee ☕ was excellent a Latte with an extra shot and the atmosphere was that of. Business event. But nice surroundings and pleasant staff.

Honestly I will forever be a customer of Starbucks due to this colmore row branch. I was having coffee with my girlfriend at the time and we had an argument which resulted in me leaving without my rucksack 🎒 The team were so good that they safely kept it for me till I was able to come back. God bless this branch and staff.

The seating arrangements are ideal and has sufficient privacy which is exactly what's needed in a posh coffee shop. The service is efficient as usual. The atmosphere is pretty cool & enjoyable. Overall, a lovely place to sit, chill or do your work.

A favourite place for me to pop in and have a coffee. Great friendly service and always clean and tidy unless it's really hectic in there. My only pain in there is people who seem to work there all day and taking up seats.

Convenient location, seating is around the edges against the walls. You don't need a code for the toilet, which is a bonus. Drinks were made hot and quickly. Staff were polite. Wheelchair accessible entrance.

I stepped into Starbucks and immediately, the atmosphere felt like a warm embrace. The staff, wearing smiles as their uniform, made me feel like a cherished guest. From the very moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be a delightful experience. Let me tell you about the Almond Croissant – a heavenly creation with a flaky crust that seemed to melt in my mouth. The almond cream filling was like a secret treasure, rich and velvety. This wasn't just a pastry; it was a work of art, carefully crafted to perfection. But the surprises didn't stop there. The Banana Caramel Muffin was a symphony of flavors – sweet banana dancing with luscious caramel. And that topping? It wasn't just a topping; it was like a delicious crown, adding a crunch that was incredibly satisfying. Believe me, this treat is a journey you won't want to miss. Then, there was the Blueberry Muffin – a burst of tangy and sweet berries in every bite. The sugar-crusted top was like a sweet secret waiting to be discovered with every mouthful. I couldn't help but close my eyes and savor the blissful moment. The pain au Chocolat was a rendezvous with sophistication. With each bite, it was like I was transported to a charming French café. The fusion of flavors was like a dance of elegance and comfort in my mouth. And let's not forget the Chocolate Twist – it was like a playful game of hide and seek with chocolate surprises. Every twist revealed a burst of cocoa goodness, and it was perfect for anyone with a love affair with chocolate. So, here's my advice: plan a visit to Starbucks, indulge in these delightful creations, and then come back to thank me for introducing you to this world of taste and wonder. Your taste buds will thank you!

No issues and perfect location to grab a drink. I tried the mango dragon fruit refresher and it tasted and looked amazing!

Not only did we have lovely drinks with lovely service and cooled down in this air con coffee shop but also got a call (my husbands phone) from one of the staff to say I’d left my phone there! You don’t know how much that meant to me…my life is on that phone ! Human kindness 🥰

Most times of the year it is quiet in here. When the Birmingham Frankfurt Christmas Market is on its gets busy with long queues. Outdoor seating on Eden Place in the warmer months. Starbucks WiFi inside. Near Victoria Square.

Great selection of drinks and bites for breakfast. My local Starbucks next to my offices so the location is perfection coming from New Street station. Would recommend!

I came in to collect an order a few weeks back. The order had been 'messed up' online and I was about to have a proper strop, as had gone out of my way to order this earlier in the day!! I was already tired and stressed. However, a guy called Liam (I think) totally understood my frustration with the app error and instantly went about correcting the problem. I walked away impressed and pleased with how I had been treated rather than annoyed. That is what customer care is all about! Recognising legitimate errors/problems and then fixing them. Well done Liam. 5/5

I popped in on my way to work, I don't drink coffee but grabbed a croissant for my breakfast. Got to work only to find it was very dry and stale, worst croissant I've ever tasted. Definitely not freshly baked. It went in the bin.

Almost every drink I have purchased there via the Drivethru has either been incorrect or barely 2/3 of a cup full. Service is just not good enough for the price being paid. Seems to be a better quality of drink (and more consistently correct) if you go inside to collect your takeaway and inspect what you have. Staff are nice, friendly and polite and it has a nice clean interior. Could be so much better!

Coffee was nice, asked for in and was served in a single use takeaway cup. It was great to escape the cold so late in the evening around the German Market. 2 staff were on with dirty tables collecting used mugs. Feel they were not attending to the customers. Just feel they could have done better.

Nice, clean, and modern store. Team were attentive, polite, friendly, quick. My dog was made a right fuss of and got a nice treat. Thanks guys, happy holidays.
