Great food with amazing service. I would definitely recommend the cheese burger and lamb chops. The breakfast is really tasty too. I visit here whenever I’m in the area and the customer service is good too. They go above and beyond. The prices are reasonable. Parking isn’t the best. You would have to park on the side road however they do take card payments which is a huge plus it todays day and age. Highly recommended. Student discount available too.

Missing items always. I went in to collect my order, ran a few errands, when I got home. Out of both burgers (both includes turkey rashers) there was Only 1 on 1 burger. ??? Taste wise, outstanding. However when a customer pays for extras & the customer is there getting the order. Not a delivery driver. There was no communication for the missing items. No compensation. I also payed extra for sweet potato fries and got normal fries… Can you please make the burgers as they are described. Or to not be disappointed I will have to stick to just the patty’s in the burger??? Why should a customer pick a simple burger because the restaurant can’t make the burgers with added ingredients…. No customer likes loosing out on money like a business doesn’t. Overall 2 burger meals £22

So I regularly order from here as it is close to where I work. Although its more expensive than other places around it, it is usually good. However, today I found a dead spider in my rustic chips. Don’t know how it got there but I wanted to leave a review so that the place is aware and can take measures against this happening again. With that being said. I will probably start ordering again once I forget about this as it did disgust me and I couldn’t finish my food. Edit: been ordering regularly since and have not had a problem. The owner explained what happened and assured me that hygiene is important to them. Mistakes do happen and I would still recommend them.

Definitely worth going back, the atmosphere was very nostalgic with a comforting touch, the service mediocre, the food was amazing, one to add to the books, really nice juicy burgers, perfect made perfect ingredients sad about the temperature they were medium warm but fantastically fresh nonetheless, the sweet potato fries a great combination and they served Nahwals Algerian sauce, Great combo and perfect meal. The portion size in the burgers could have been a bit bigger, Well done. Definitely be back!

Great little find a short walk from our hotel. probably the nicest juiciest burger I've ever eaten - 100% recommend if you're in the area.

I chose the "double double" burger which was rather tasty! With a side of chicken strips, which were a pleasant surprise to me... i'm a big fan of KFC boneless strips but these knocked by KFC and McDonald's chicken strips out of the park! Very nice modernised venue! Food came out quickly, whilst we were there at a quiet time of day and my only concern/issue is a pin code toilet which seems a bit obstructive to customers having to ask for access...

Honestly, not a great experience here. The burger itself was fantastic but unfortunately not good enough to make up for everything else. First off, their toilets are closed. After reading a few other reviews this is something I would’ve expected to be sorted since the closest public toilets to this is in grand central. Second, they got our order wrong. They missed off an entire meal and so while everyone was eating (bearing in mind this is during Ramadan and so we ordered way in advance to get our food out on time which it wasn’t) 1 person was waiting for their meal to come. Third, everything but the burgers came cold. We had rustic fries, rustic fries with cheese, sweet potato fries and onion rings which we had to send back and get reheated. Fourth, none of the sides tasted good. All the fries needed salting, the wings were fairly small and tasted like Nando’s (decent but you expect better) the onion rings were bland and the wings were just a bit boring tbh. Fifth, they didn’t have any oreos (strange for a fast food restaurant the literally has oreo milkshakes and Oreo milk cakes on the menu) and so gave us a kinder bueno milkshake instead. Nice but not what we wanted. In defence of the people working there, it was busy and they did their best to fix our issues in a timely manner. But still, not a great experience overall. The seating are was pretty cold and felt like they had fans on which is not exactly a pleasant experience. I would go back but only for their burgers and unlikely to eat in or get anything else.

Great food here, if you like a dirty smashed pattie burger, that's nice and messy to eat, you can't go wrong! Added a fried egg to mine just to make it extra messy!

Best burgers I've had in a very long time, the food was so nice that even after a large portion you don't feel bloated. don't forget to try the hot wings, it was superb. Great service from Mustafa, he recommended us the Mushroom burger meal which was delicious.

Not rated, the sweet potato fries were not edible, absorbed in oil! The burger did not work for me, the sauce was a bit too tangy and the burger didn't hold well. The massive onion chunk in the burger showed a lack of interest in crafting a good product and the overall experience wasn't a great one.

Had the double double meal, and holy smokes that is the best burger I tasted I a long time! Superb in every way! Even the fries was perfect, and they top it up with a glass coke 🙌🙌 I will come back here every time I’m in Birmingham for sure!

ordered the classic burger-was decent. however, the sweet potato fries were disgusting. they were very soggy and ended up throwing them away. expected the fries to be crispy like they should be but were the complete opposite. they also charge 50p for the tiniest pot of mayo which i think is a bit much and should be included in the price as the meals are already quite expensive. lastly, when throwing the contents of my tray away, the tray was DISGUSTING. don’t think they have ever been washed as they just put a piece of paper over it. wanted to throw up looking at that. would’ve been 2 stars but put 3 as the actual place itself is quite nice and clean, just not the trays…

Service was fab, food was deeeeelicious and reasonably priced. Their lemon and herb wings were the best I've ever had!! Out of this world!

Came here to open my fast with my mate. Burger is fairly small, fries are a good size. Chicken strips are your bog standard ones you can get from Asda, chicken wings were bland. With Ramadan expected a better menu. Food came pretty quickly. Wouldn’t come again.

If you're looking for the best burger in Birmingham, look no further! I regularly order from here I can confidently say that they are incredible. The meat is incredibly fresh and juicy and the patties are cooked to perfection. My favourite is the shroom burger.
