Everyone needs to check out Papa Smash. Their food has always been 10/10 and their service is superb. It isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from here as they’ve now become my favourite burger joint in the whole of Birmingham. Yesterday I was a bit spontaneous and ordered something different to my regular order (Papa’s Nashville chicken) . I ordered the fully loaded fries and a triple smash burger and by god was the spontaneity WORTH IT!!! The fully loaded fries are a MUST TRY. The toppings work beautifully together and the cheese sauce is just perfect (not too overpowering). All of the toppings compliment one another. Definitely the best fully loaded fries I have tasted in a very long time. Today I warmed up the triple smash burger for lunch and what can I say?! The burger tasted exactly the same as it did yesterday night. Absolute quality ingredients used at Papa Smash. The burger was still lovely and juicy, the meat beautifully cooked throughout and the cheese oozing out the sides. This place has the best burgers in Birmingham so whoever hasn’t tried them is missing out! Be a bit spontaneous , you won’t be disappointed!!!

I must of went on a off day because literally all the reviews are 5 stars, I’ll be sure to try this place again and give an updated review. The fries were nice and fluffy and that’s the only thing I liked about the signature fries. The sauce combination of the cheese and smash sauce didn’t go well in my opinion & the cheese sauce itself is the worst I’ve had. There was too much on going on with the burger. I’m not sure what it was exactly but there was an overpowering flavour, I don’t know if it was the seasoning of the patty or the sauce but it made the burger taste really salty. If you see this review don’t let it be the reason you don’t try Papa Smash, this is an anomaly of the reviews.

Ordered from papa smash multiple times before without reviewing, each time food been great, my favourite smash burger in Birmingham definitely. Happened to be my birthday today and got a free upgrade to a quad burger and a free loaded fries, a great coincidence to finish the night. Definitely recommend 5/5

Highly recommend this place, star of this place are the loaded fries! Amazing quality and they’re not stingy with their portions either. Will definitely be my go to place. Customer service is great also!

Tried the triple beef burger and piri fries from this place and it was amazing! The beef burger is so tender - usually the main halal burger places have dry/chewy patties with lots of sauce but that meat tasted top quality and juicy even without the sauce. The buns were toasted and crispy which was a really nice touch as there was lots of sauce so it kept it together as in the pic. Definitely my go to place for burgers right now. 👍

Honestly best meal I've had and I've eaten a lot of these types of places. Literally 10/10 meal. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 Food Quality Assurance. Honestly best burgers and messy fries going. Top lads and quick meal prep times. If your in the area ring them up or even check them out on uber eats and deliveroo best kitchen going.

I don’t usually write reviews but the burgers that they produce have cause me to leave one. This has to be the best Smash Burger in Birmingham and possibly in the whole UK. Never have I been so satisfied with the quality quantity and price of food makes every penny worth it. Their burgers will definitely put five guys out of commission. Now the milkshakes (Ruby Ferrero) most delicious milkshakes out there, refreshing and cooling, from the first Sip you’ll experience lucid experience. I would 100% recommend this place.

The burger meal is more expensive then similar joints serving similar food but i was willing to pay that premium to try it out. I was disappointed with the size of the triple patty burger. In all honesty it seemed be much smaller then other smash burgers i have had. In addition, the top bun was so COLD that I actually had to take off the top bun to enjoy the patty. The patty tasted good, but no different from the rest, which makes me wonder why their prices were so high. Hope they can improve their quality, and i will hopefully try and give them another chance.

Nothing to fault both From my experience ordering and collecting and the food itself. Staff were very friendly on the phone and accommodated for my needs and had my food ready for the exact time I requested! Burger was extremely juicy and the complementary dynamite wings were amazing! The golden lotus milkshake on the other hand was absolute perfection. Not too sweet and complements the burger meal perfectly. Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant burger joint. The beef burger is so so good. The service from the lads inside the kitchen were excellent, I highly recommend this place, one of, if not the best burger joint I’ve had. It’s a dark kitchen, call them beforehand and they’ll have it all ready. 10 for food. 10 for service. 10 for prices.

The burger and fries were decent. Wings were offered with the meal however they didn't look appealing and turned out to be inedible as they were severely undercooked

So perfect, ordered on uber eats. Restaurant is so lovely! They upgraded my regular fries to the signature ones (no charge), rang me to let me know when the driver was almost there and gave me a free dr pepper. Burger and chips were delicious, fries were so good, can maybe get a little spicy if you’re eating the whole thing. Tastes so amazing tho - def recommend

Been ordering from here since they've opened. The best smash burger I've had...but don't let the name fool you, the signature chicken burger is 👌 And they've added milkshakes to the menu, real quality ice cream, not supermarket ice cream mixed with milk. Would recommend the snickers and Reece's or the strawberry ferrero.
