    I have been attending Laura’s pregnancy yoga classes throughout my pregnancy and couldnt have asked for anyone better to lead my practise. Laura structures the classes so well meaning you are able to get in to total relaxation and leave the class feeling like a new woman! I would recommend Laura’s classes to any pregnant lady who is looking to be part of a lovely group and practise yoga but also be in tune with your baby and body.

    Laura is amazingly encouraging. I've never done yoga before. Now in my 60s and with joint problems Laura gives several different options for movements. She makes me feel fabulous and her encouragement is wonderful. I recommend Laura 100% and I feel so relaxed after my class. Thank you Laura xx

    Myself and my baby girl completed the 6 week baby massage course with Laura who was so lovely, gentle and easy going. We instantly felt welcomed and she did an incredible job teaching us all the different massages and tailored each class to how the babies were feeling on the day. No matter what Laura just went with the flow regardless of babies wanting to feed, cry or cuddle. We have made incredible memories and thoroughly enjoyed our hour each week bonding and relaxing together. She is so understanding especially with having 2 children herself and she made each week just so amazing. I highly recommend her classes and will definitely go back to Laura in the future.     Laura’s mum and baby yoga classes have been a key part of my week whilst on maternity leave. I look forward to them so much - a great opportunity to meet other parents and get some movement and relaxation in very beautiful surroundings!

    Super informative mother and baby centred class in the hub of the community ❤️ I attended Laura’s baby massage class with my 7 week old son Alfred. Laura made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and reassured me baby comes first, don’t worry if they cry or need to be changed or fed, which was lovely to hear! As a new mom you constantly worry so that was refreshing to hear. The class began with some wonderful stretches (very much needed for my breastfeeding back) then It was Alfred’s turn! Laura explained every motion and massage and Alfred was sound asleep in no time 😴 Laura sent me a follow up with a video demonstrating the baby massage so I could do it at home with Alfred. Overall it was lovely it be part of such an intimate class, it felt really bespoke and private. The location is dreamy! Thank you for bringing some peace and self care into my day Laura ❤️

    Laura is a great yoga/ baby massage teacher and a really lovely person. I recommend pregnancy yoga to any pregnant mum to be, and baby massage was a lovely class to spend time with other mums and babies.

    I attended the pregnancy yoga class when I was 31 weeks pregnant and I’m so glad I did. It was a perfect class for me - extremely gentle and relaxing. The guided meditation at the start and end of the class was a perfect why to begin and finish the class. Laura is an amazing teacher: she is so warm and kind and she made me feel comfortable straight away. - Alyson

    Great pregnancy yoga classes - Laura is a great instructor and the classes are a perfect mix of relaxation, stretching and pelvic floor exercises. I was a complete yoga novice when I first attended.

    I have been attending Laura’s post natal mum and baby classes for the last few weeks and have enjoyed them so much. She has created such a relaxed, comfortable space for new mums and I always feel rejuvenated after her classes.

    Laura is absolutely amazing!!! She is highly competent, caring and detail oriented. Her studio is super clean, relaxing, well equipped and comfortable for pregnancy yoga. I just stopped classes because I am temporarily moving out from UK but I will miss her and her classes a lot. I do recommend her service and friendship in a delicate moment like pregnancy.

    My baby and I really enjoyed Laura’s post natal yoga sessions in her beautiful little studio. Laura is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful with wriggly babies! Also loved learning about the moon phases and how Laura incorporated that into the weekly sessions. Highly recommend!

    Amazing yoga teacher, very relaxed and flexible approach. Having never done yoga before I think I now have the ‘bug’ and this is mainly down to Laura approach and teaching style. I have done as many blocks of post natal yoga as I could before my daughter is crawling everywhere. Laura is amazing and I would highly recommend commend. Looking to book onto another class once I am back at work.

    Laura is an absolute pro and wonderfully warm and supportive. The pregnancy yoga class was a real highlight of my pregnancy journey and it really did help me relax and alleviate discomfort. I have since done the baby massage course which was great, learning techniques I now use regularly. Now I just need to decide which class to opt for next!

    Ive been going to Laura’s pregnancy yoga classes for the past few months and I can’t recommend the classes enough. I look forward to going every week, they are perfectly structured and having not done yoga before I was apprehensive at first but Laura puts you completely at ease, adapting positions to suit everyone and every ability! I’ve found the classes have been a great help with my back pain too!

    I discovered Laura nearly 2 years ago Being 55 my joints felt very stiff and I had lost all of my flexibility. And after a long break from yoga I didn’t have the confidence to join a class and I decided to have 1:1 lessons with Laura for a few months. Well nearly 2 years later my flexibility is transformed with Laura’s carefully planned classes. Laura is a great teacher. My classes are tailor made for me and how my body feels that week. Laura’s gentle encouragement and firm persuasion that I can push myself further has worked wonders restored my confidence. Thank you Laura. You’re amazing 🤩

    Love these classes. I was a beginner to yoga and Laura was fantastic, so mindful of my ability/confidence and just made me want to keep doing it. The studio is also so gorgeous, incredible to hear the birds and the nature to really calm the mind and when there’s sunshine it pours in. I’ve always found it hard to make time for things like this as life is so hectic, but I would highly recommend as even I have committed! Thank you Laura!

    I started seeing Laura before giving birth to my little boy and she’s just amazing! I spent 22 hours in labor and during these long hospital hours I just kept thinking of her and the breathing techniques she taught me during our maternity classes. Now I’m seeing her with my little one for baby massage and can’t wait to start baby-mama yoga as well :)
