I did pregnancy yoga at yoga borne which was a wonderfully nurturing space during my pregnancy. I’ve also recently attended a lovely mother baby circle, and plan to sign up to the regular yoga classes once I’m far along enough post Partum. Would highly recommend this welcoming and supportive yoga studio!

I love the online classes provided by Yoga Borne. I don’t live in the area otherwise I’d join in person too. I attend two 7am zoom classes on a weekly basis and as a monthly member I can also dip into lots of other online classes as and when I fancy. Lovely to have that option on the weekend in particular if I need some yoga to reset me. The early am classes set me up for the day and I love that I can roll out of bed and attend 😀 The pace of the morning classes is spot on, enough to challenge and build some heat but not too much for the morning. Setting intentions helps shape the day. The sound and picture quality is super and as someone with some hearing loss good sound is essential. The teachers are extremely professional and friendly and even though I’m not in the studio I still feel part of the community. The online membership is excellent value for money and makes having a regular practice very affordable. Keep up the good work, team YogaBorne

Yoga Borne is such a great addition to the Stirchley community! I have attended a variety of classes both online and in the studio since they opened and have always felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Karine, Jay and all the instructors always make you feel welcome whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years and the classes are tailored to suit all abilities.

Yogaborne is a friendly and welcoming yoga studio for all abilities. I’ve tried a few different styles of studio across the country, but none come close to YB! There are a variety of classes to choose from to suit your ability or mood that day. Karine in particular is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever encountered - her approach is mindful and holistic. No one takes themselves too seriously and you genuinely get to have laugh. Can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful studio on Stirchley high street, where yoga is truly for every body. Choose from a gentle, relaxed class right through to something more energetic — beginners and ninjas equally welcome. Come early for a cup of something herbal and a natter. And look our for community projects the studio hosts and supports via their IG — such as yoga in the local parks and independent makers' markets. If you don't know where to start, try a class with Karine — I usually laugh out loud and manage to get so zen I fall asleep at some point. What could be better?

A gorgeous cosy gem in Stirchley! There's a great variety of classes and workshops. It's clean, tidy and so welcoming. Everyone is really friendly at this Yoga studio and you can always manage to strike up a conversation with someone before or after class and feel part of the community. I've been part of the Yoga Borne Community since it opened in 2019 and through its recent change in ownership. Karine & Jay are fabulous human beings! They aim to create an authentic space to share the true teachings of Yoga, are really supportive of other small businesses and even run craft markets to help others sell their handmade products. I highly recommend trying out a few classes and following their social media for updates on markets and local events! xx

As a newbie to Yoga I didn’t know what to expect when I first visited Yoga-borne. But I really should not have worried. I was welcomed into a loving yoga family. I would highly recommend it to everybody.

A member of the studio since just after covid. Each class and instructor is unique but they are all consistent in making you feel supported and a welcome member of the community. Easy or hard classes - you feel stronger and calmer after them all. I love Yoga Borne.

I have been coming to the studio since it first opened and I couldn't recommend it enough! All of the instructors and staff are lovely, along with the owners Karine and Jay who are wonderful and incredibly helpful. I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes that I have joined so I would definitely suggest dropping in for some yoga :)

So calming and relaxing as soon as you step through the door. Friendly and have everything you need - no need to bring your own equipment - so perfect for a beginner like me. Teachers are friendly and allow you to take it at your own pace and are understanding of different bodies. Feel great after each class. Thank you!

By far the loveliest yoga studio I’ve ever been to. Everything about it is warm, friendly and kind. The classes are brilliant and often the highlight of my week. Thank you team YB for making it such a delightful place to be. Would thoroughly recommend!

I have been regularly attending Yoga Borne since early-2019 (hiatus only due to Covid). I was a complete newbee at yoga when I first joined. I felt at ease from the first session onwards. Yoga Borne is a beautiful and welcoming place for anyone to practice. Lots of different styles too so you can find what suits you. Teachers are all fab. I look forward to every session 💜

I booked one of the online yoga Nidra sessions for the first time. I was nervous as first time booking at yoga borne and I have also never done a Nidra session before. It was on Zoom and easy to join the session, link was provided straightaway. I need not have worried, I didn’t have to have my camera on and was able to join at my own pace. Very relaxing and was good to be able to access from home as it was an evening session so didn’t have to think about travel. A very good session would join again.

Stunning space, and so so welcoming. Karine puts so much joy in the offerings here, both traditional yoga classes but also markets, collaborations and community events. Truly a cornerstone of the Stirchley community.

Wonderful neighbourhood studio. There’s a variety of classes on offer with some excellent teachers. The studio is clean and inviting, and very well equipped with good quality mats and plenty of props. Karine and Jay make everyone feel welcome and always have time for a chat or a hug.

😠 Very disappointing not to be able to purchase swim only memberships for someone working at the QE, with only a few 50m across England. Pools should be made more accessible. Unhappy alumni.

👍👍 Beautiful yoga studio in Harborne with a great range of classes at all levels. This studio has a really lovely community feel to it, and everyone is so friendly. 😠 This franchise has very strict rules, they don't make you feel comfortable or relaxed. I haven't seen any other yoga business work on the same model as this one.
