👍👍 I attended a relaxing and calming pregnancy yoga and aromatherapy workshop. The yoga was a good mix of gentle stretching, dynamic postures and relaxation / meditation at the end. There was time for chatting in between and yummy healthy snacks. It was also enjoyable to have the aromatherapy workshop...     This is such a lovely class. Abi is a fantastic teacher and it’s lovely for Mum’s to get some relaxation and as much ‘me time’ as is possible with baby. I found it gave me time to bond with my baby, stretch and also reflect. Loved this class just sad my baby is too busy for me to take part now.

    I went to Abi at Yoga Hart for her fertility yoga - it was incredible. Abi really helped me to focus on my breathing, calming my mind and after each session I left feeling super zen. I really believe these session helped prepare for my FET round. Her studio is such a safe space and just wraps you in a hug which is what you need when going on this journey. Plus I'm now a lover of weighted eye masks! Thanks so much Abi!

    Simply the best yoga classes ever! Abi is so kind, caring and helpful and puts everyone at ease sharing her genuine love of yoga. I attended pregnancy yoga all through my pregnancy (never missed a week!) and it the best thing for my mental health, relieving my pregnancy anxiety and learning calming breathe techniques. Abi also creates a real sense of community within the classes. It was so lovely to attend mum and baby yoga classes too once my baby was born - a real full circle. I cannot recommend highly enough!

    Pregnancy yoga with Abi is an absolute must for any expecting woman! I was super overwhelmed with my pregnancy and this was one of the few positive, calming and friendly spaces to keep me physically and mentally balanced. Set in her gorgeous garden, Abi’s calm style helps you switch off and move your body safely and healthily. And a great place to make friends!

    I started going to Abi’s classes during my pregnancy and loved them so much I now take my daughter along too to her Mum & Baby classes. Abi creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the studio is such a peaceful space. I feel like I breathe a sigh of relief every time I step into one of Abi’s classes, she is a fabulous teacher and really offers a unique and intimate environment to practice yoga. I couldn’t recommend Abi and Yoga Hart more highly!

    I loved the mum and baby yoga course. Abi creates such a safe and gentle environment for both mum and baby, with no judgment at all for a grumpy baby. She helps with adapting yoga practice around holding or feeding a baby, and will offer to hold or entertain babies to allow mums to get a chance to do some yoga. This was a brilliant way to gently get back into practicing yoga after having a baby

    Had my first session with my baby today and it was such a warm, welcoming environment. Met some lovely mums and really enjoyed the flow that Abi led. Excited to return, would highly recommend this little local gem of a studio.

    Abi is a wonderful yoga instructor. I have been attending her classes since early on in my pregnancy, and she has had a hugely positive impact on my experience. She understands the pregnancy journey and the classes are pitched just at the right level with lots of different options depending on how you are feeling. She is so calming and I always feel like a new person after each class. The retreat was just what I needed and I look forward to attending others in the future!

    My experience was wonderful and refreshing throughout the sessions (mum &baby yoga course) I’m looking forward to joining the next block classes. Abi is an excellent yoga instructor. It was also nice meeting other mums.

    I attended Abi’s mum and baby classes from 2 to 7 month’s postpartum and I can’t recommend it enough. It was so lovely to do a class for me to help my recovery and relaxation while still being able to have my baby with me. The small group sizes allow you to get to know the rest of your group too. The yoga itself was perfectly pitched to help return to exercise without pushing too hard. Abi is also super lovely and a great source of advice and reassurance in those early days of parenting. + great location for Harborne and handy on street parking too.

    I started going to Abi’s classes when I was pregnant. I had hardly any experience in yoga but Abi made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I then started her mum and baby classes which were wonderful! She has a wonderful way of ensuring you feel confident and comfortable as you move throughout every practice! Abi really is a fabulous teacher and I couldn’t recommend her and Yoga Hart enough!

    Highly recommended Yoga Hart! I was never good at yoga until I went to pregnancy and mum and baby yoga with Abi. She puts together the best sessions especially for beginners and is so patient and helps you to get into the positions. Her studio is relaxing, shes always there for a chat and a tea too! My son enjoyed rolling round trying out the yoga positions himself! Just being able to take the time out for yourself was honestly the best hour of the week! Abi is a wonderful yoga teacher! I shall be back!

    I’ve had such a lovely experience at the mum and baby yoga, Abi is amazing - super calm, helpful with babies, and perceptive of the class needs. It’s been the best class of my maternity leave by far, I thoroughly recommend!

    I have recently had private 1 to 1 yoga classes with Abi after having my baby and I would recommend all women to do this if possible! Abi is so friendly and welcoming and has a beautiful garden studio where we practice yoga. The classes have been tailored to my body and own individual needs and goals for my postnatal recovery. I can tell that Abi takes time to carefully put together each practice and they are well balanced to focus on the mind and body. The music is fantastic, very relaxing and calming mixed with soothing sounds and uplifting one too. Abi has really and truly created a space for mums to take time to relax and recharge and focus on healing their mind and body. I have fallen in love with yoga and I am definitely seeing the benefits too. Thank you Abi!

    I have attended pregnancy yoga with Abi at her gorgeous home studio. Abi taught me yoga in my first pregnancy and it gave me the tools and techniques to have such a positive birth so it was really important to me to come back for my second pregnancy. It’s a real chance to take time to connect with baby and of course other expecting mums. Having the opportunity to share your experience of pregnancy and hear from others is so helpful. I honestly attribute the things I learnt with Abi to what gave me strength when contractions felt like they were going to overcome me, and ultimately gave me the best possible start for me and baby. Thank you Abi!
