Maddison (maddie). I hope I am spelling her name right. Morrisons Cafe. Nothing was too much for her. She was very courteous and helpful and served with a smile. She is an asset to this company and deservedly needs a promotion if she hasn't had one! Amazing customer service skills. Amazing attitude and very bubbly and polite. Also a mention to Kate, she was also amazing and helpful. The veggie all day breakfast was delicious. I would give more then 5 stars if I could. I will definitely be visiting this place again! X

Hard to find a member of staff. Automatic ordering machine let me get right to the end and then couldn't order cold drink so had to cancel the lot! Had to wait for a member of staff to appear! She said it had been playing up! Food ok when it came but not exactly what I ordered . Morrisons cafes used to be very good unfortunately these days not the case. Very disappointed yet again

Absolutely freezing in there. We left after five minutes it was bitter. Not only the cafe but the whole store. I could see my breath and was shivering . I know the store needs to be kept cool but the cafe doesn’t. It was not comfortable and a lot of people were saying the same. Shame for those who would get in there for a warm when they can’t afford to put the heating on at home.

Came to your cafe this afternoon and I had to call the woman twice to come out to serve me when she did come out her attitude towards me was I’m trying to do the food I said I need to be served as well she was also rude to my partner as well because he called her to serve him she said to him he should of used the self service Machine on the way in to order she shouldn’t of said anything she should of just served us very bad customer service x

Very overworked staff, especially on busy days, no fault to them but why is management not getting enough people in on busy days?

Fantastic food and staff very nice and polite and friendly . Not at all what you expect from a supermarket cafe, definitely be going back soon!

Disappointed always rated this place highly until today. Staff have always been friendly and hard working and still are to be fair. But, came in for my usual black coffee which is normally 99p but is now £1.59! Are you seriously charging these prices now? What was wrong with the way it used to be? Always been a good place to eat, drink and chat before or after shopping, but I'm very disappointed with the price rises and would like then to be reconsidered or my regular custom will be lost! Such a shame not to come back to what has always been a pleasurable place to visit and the hard working staff if they lose customers regular or otherwise. Sort it out Morrisons don't throw away custom!

Our trip for breakfast this morning was so disappointing! My husband & I got there early morning (9.30am) & it wasn't busy, we got our own hot drinks but then waited 25 minutes for our breakfasts to come!! Our drinks had stewed as we were trying to keep the tea hot. When the breakfast came, most of it was luke warm. My poached egg was hard, I might as well had a hard boiled egg. We ate it as we were in a hurry & had a busy day ahead of us, this was the whole idea of having breakfast, so that we had eaten. Paying over £16.00 for what should have been enjoyable breakfasts, turned out to be rubbish & a waste of time & money. Why wasn't it hot, why was the poached egg hard. The staff weren't run off their feet as there was only one person in front of us ordering, the other people in the cafe were already eating. We won't be rushing back!!
